In 2016, after a successful and fulfilling career, Cindy and her husband Dod decided it was time to retire and savor the joys of life with their beloved granddaughters. They made the heartwarming decision to move closer to their family, ensuring that they could create lasting memories and be an integral part of their granddaughters' lives.
Cindy's professional career was marked by 11 productive years as an executive administrative assistant and event planner for a Fortune 500 company in Denver. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for creating memorable events contributed to the company's success.
Away from work, Cindy's adventurous spirit has taken her on exciting travels to various corners of the world. She has explored the enchanting landscapes of Italy, England, France, and the captivating beauty of the Virgin Islands, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Hawaii, as well as other tropical destinations. Cruising has become one of her favorite ways to experience the world, and she delights in the luxury of discovering new places by sea.
While Cindy enjoys her globetrotting adventures, she remains a dedicated sports fanatic. As a true Denver native, she fervently supports her beloved football team, the Denver Broncos, cheering them on during their games. Additionally, she finds joy in following the LV Knights, immersing herself in the world of hockey.
Family is at the heart of Cindy's life, and she proudly speaks of her son, daughter, and the "world's best son-in-law." Their love and support have enriched her life in countless ways, making every moment meaningful and cherished.

Her name, Socorro, is a Spanish word that literally translates to "I HELP," a fitting description for her natural inclination to lend a helping hand. While she initially aspired to become a doctor, life took her on a different path, leading her to discover her true calling in supporting the Outdoor Industry.
Socorro's journey in the outdoor world began with White Sierra, an Outerwear Company based in Santa Clara, CA. Starting as a Customer Service Rep, she gradually climbed the ladder to become the Sales Ops Manager, showcasing her dedication and commitment to her craft over 19 fruitful years. Despite unforeseen changes when White Sierra closed its doors in 2019, Socorro continued her professional endeavors in the Silicon Valley, securing an ops position at a semi-conductor company. However, her heart remained with the outdoor industry, and when the opportunity arose, she eagerly returned to her true passion, joining Caraway&Co in 2021, where she has been an integral part of the team ever since.
Outside of work, Socorro's life revolves around her loving family. She cherishes moments with her husband Mike, her children Kylah and Lukas, and their beloved Pomeranian dog, Taeto. Together, they enjoy amusement parks, with Socorro sitting back and watching as the kids ride roller coasters. They also relish time spent cooking and hanging out with their amazing friends and family. Socorro and her loved ones also appreciate the beach and camping, where they find joy in the simple pleasures of outdoor nature fun.
Socorro Renehan's journey is a testament to finding fulfillment in supporting others and following one's true passion. With her exceptional ops skills and unwavering dedication, she continues to play a crucial role in the Outdoor Industry, making a positive impact and fostering meaningful connections within the Caraway&Co community.
Later, Stephanie joined a courier company as a dispatcher, honing her organizational skills for four years. But her life took a thrilling turn when she landed a job at Zappos.com. Starting as a customer service representative, she quickly built strong bonds with customers. Her exceptional skills led to becoming the first office assistant for the Kids Merchandising Team.
Over nine years, Stephanie supported various departments, from outdoor to electronic, becoming a Merchandise Planner and inventory specialist. Meanwhile, she gracefully balanced being a single mom, raising two boys.
Her leadership shone as she managed inventory flow between Zappos and Amazon. Eventually, she returned to her Utah hometown, where she independently built a tiny house, showcasing her determination.
