One of the best parts about Digi-X is that I get to work with passionate, inspiring and fun colleagues everyday. My growth and development are also prioritised by my superiors and I am always given the opportunity to learn, challenge myself and explore new ideas to create a stronger impact for Digi-X and our mothership, Digi!
In Digi-X, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues to deliver high-impact products and projects. Every day is exciting! I love the people and culture at Digi-X - it is a high-performance but within a fun and highly supportive environment. I joined Digi-X at a very unique timing -during a pandemic where at least 80% of my first two years were conducted virtually. It posed many challenges for me to fit in at first but it's the fun, inspiring and passionate colleagues that made it possible! Even if it's via screens, I can always sense the positive vibes & forward thinking culture of Digi-X!
My work in Digi-X is focused on enhancing customer experience to achieve super intuitive digital journeys for our users. Designing these journeys is a lot of fun and challenges me to put myself in the customers' shoes and build technology to support it that is scalable. But fun is only had with a great team- in Digi-X, we brainstorm, collaborate, question and motivate each other constantly; ultimately driving both results and friendship at work!
I'm responsible for the conception, creation, development and operations of the products and features in Digi-X. I work alongside the other product owners, and teams like Engineering and Customer Success, to distribute information, keep everyone on track and communicate objectives clearly.
As a developer, one of the key aspects of my role is to collaborate with other teams to build the products we envision. I always look forward to wearing multiple hats and making others' life easier as it is what I love doing. At Digi-X, I am provided with the platform where my voice is heard. Also, I love our grass patch gaming area.
