Adam joined our firm in 2015 after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in business with accounting focus from Emporia State University. Adam enjoys spending time with family, camping and kayaking. He also enjoys watching football and baseball. Adam resides in Topeka, Kansas, with his wife and their two sons.

Brian P. Hermann - COO

Brian joined Elevated Retirement Group in April 2015 as an Investment Advisor Representative. He plays a key role in compliance for Elevated Retirement Group where he is responsible for managing the execution and coordination of the compliance function. He also reviews new and pending laws and regulations, which potentially affect the business practices for the group. He holds an MBA focused in entrepreneurial and corporate finance with a bachelor's degree in economics from Westminster College. He has over 15 years of experience in auditing, compliance, analytics and operations management. Currently, Brian resides in Salt Lake City with his daughter and son. He enjoys watching them in junior golf and gymnastics. In his free time, Brian loves to golf and ski and tries to do both in the same day at least once a year - thanks Utah! He also enjoys traveling and learning about new places.

Cory Garcia - CMO

Cory joined the Elevated Retirement Group team in June 2012 as the director of marketing. In this role, he coordinates all activities related to client interaction, creating, and distributing marketing communications - including website, social media, newsletters, email marketing and educational materials. He also oversees all our public and business to business educational events. As the team has grown, Cory is still focused on the various marketing aspects of the firm but also making sure the daily operations of the advisors and support staff are on track and stepping in and helping wherever he may be needed. As a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a BSBA in marketing and a licensed life and health agent, Cory brings a wealth of knowledge in client communication and team management to the firm. Currently, he resides in West Jordan with his wife, daughter, and son. In his free time, Cory enjoys spending time with family, golfing and cheering on Kansas Jayhawks basketball. Dallin Bunnell

Dallin recently joined the Elevated Retirement team in summer 2023 to head up the new life insurance and debt elimination initiatives for the firm. Dallin comes from a few years of experience in door-to-door sales, life insurance, and software sales. He is currently finishing a bachelor's degree in finance from Utah State University with a minor in Spanish. Dallin grew up in Lindon, Utah and attended Pleasant Grove High School. After graduating, he spent two years in Santiago Chile on a mission for his church. Upon his return, he began his studies in Logan, Utah, where he met and later married his wife, Rachel. In his spare time, Dallin loves getting outside on a variety of adventures, including hiking, camping, skiing, or boating. Dallin and his wife love to spend time in the gym, out in nature, or at home watching a movie. Dallin made the move to ERG because of his love for people and his passion for finance. He hopes to be able to help people become financially independent and live life by design rather than by default.

Daniel M. Allgaier

Daniel began his career in the finance industry in 2017 and loves the personal relationships that come from being a Financial Advisor. He loves taking families through the financial planning process to create a personalize financial plan. He believes that everyone has different wants and needs when it comes to financial planning and there's not a one size fits all approach. As an Investment Advisor Representative with Elevated Retirement Group, Daniel is held to the highest fiduciary standards, making investment recommendations in the best interests of his clients, and always operating in an ethical manner. He earned his B.S in Personal Financial Planning from one of the top CFP® Board-Registered Programs in the country at Utah Valley University. Daniel has also successfully completed the process to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), holds a Utah Life Insurance license as well as the CEPA® (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) credential. Daniel is from Utah and loves the diversity of the Utah landscape and changing seasons, especially the fall. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family, especially archery hunting and ice fishing. At home he enjoys working on home projects, reading, and smoking meat.

Elton Wilcox - Chief Compliance Officer

Elton joined Elevated Retirement Group in October 2017 as the Chief Compliance Officer. He brought with him 12 years of industry experience; six of those years in regulatory, audit and compliance functions. Elton creates, updates and manages the firm's Compliance Program and ensures the firm is up to date on all new and pending laws and regulations impacting our business. Elton lives in Salt Lake City and enjoys spending as much of his spare time as he can with his wife and two young daughters. Outside of work he enjoys traveling, running and snowboarding.

Heidi Davies

Heidi has over 15 years in the financial services industry and has a passion for building lasting relationships. She loves working with clients and the opportunities that her role provides for her to make people feel valued and appreciated. Heidi enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new music and films, reading, and traveling (to name a few). She moved to Utah from California after her three children graduated and very much enjoys visiting her family and loved ones on the East Coast and in Wales. She is an active volunteer and community organizer for projects ranging from local political events to national activism campaigns. Her greatest passion is making a difference in people's lives.

Jacque Hayes

Jacque joined our firm in July 2013. Jacque provides complete administrative support and takes a proactive role in developing deeper relationships with the families that we serve. Jacque's attention to detail allows her to efficiently process applications in an accurate and timely fashion. She executes client service requests in regard to their custom retirement plan, ensuring client expectations are always met. Jacque and her husband, Kevin, have two young daughters, Abbie and Averie, and a yellow Lab, Macie. In her free time, Jacque enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.

Jeff Currie

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Jeff graduated with a degree in Economics from Humboldt State University in Northern California and has been a proud Idaho transplant since 1992. Jeff is heavily involved in his community and considers giving back extremely important. He is a long time volunteer in the Jaycees, Rotary and is a US Track and Field Official for local area Cross Country and Track meets. Jeff also has past involvement with the Table Rock Cross committee and the Wishing Star Foundation. He is passionate about teaching financial literacy to students and teaches at North Star Charter School, Centennial and other area high schools. Jeff is the President and Founder of Currie Financial Group located in Boise. He works as an Independent Investment Advisor Representative with Elevated Capital Advisors and is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent. Jeff helps people retire and stay retired. He takes a fundamental approach to assist and educate his clients to help them create and execute a material financial plan. Jeff is married and has 4 grown children and 2 grandkids. Jeff and his wife are enjoying their property out in the country where they are building their dream home and living a more simple life. When he has a little free time he likes to fly fish, read science fiction and watch movies.

Jennifer Dougan - CMO, COO

Jennifer serves as the director of marketing and oversees daily operations in the office. As the team has grown, Jennifer has taken on additional roles that ensure smooth daily operations. Jennifer loves planning all the fun and exciting events we host. She is an avid fitness instructor and enjoys spending time with family in Portland, Oregon, and Topeka.

Joe Wild

Joe graduated from Kansas State University in 2019 with a degree in History. He previously worked in the life insurance industry as well as in the banking industry. Joe prides himself on his ability to build strong personal relationships with clients to help them feel confident in their financial decisions. In his free time, Joe enjoys playing guitar as well as spending time with family and his two cats Eric and Claudia.

Katie Murray

Katie is the friendly voice you hear when you call the office and the bright and cheerful face you'll see when you walk in. Katie was born and raised in "The Good Life" of Nebraska, go Huskers! She has an extensive background of over 8 years in Pediatric Dentistry, as a dental assistant. She moved to Kansas City over 2 years ago with her high school sweetheart and 2 children, Hadley (4) and Hayes (2). When she isn't chasing the littles around, she is at the gym, or enjoying the outdoors with her neighborhood family. She also loves going to the Zoo and taking visits back to Nebraska to visit their family.

Lindsay Platt

Lindsay provides administrative support to our client accounts. She has nearly eight years of administrative experience working in financial services, and she truly enjoys building strong relationships with clients. Lindsay was born and raised in the Kansas City area and graduated from Pittsburg State University. She and her husband, Aaron, have two children, Stella and Truman. In her free time, she enjoys attending her kid's many sporting events, staying active outdoors, walking her dog, Norman, and snuggling with her cat, Caesar.

Melissa Ceballos

Melissa has nearly 20 years' experience in roles involving HR/Talent Acquisition, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development and has a true passion to help people! In her role today she focuses on developing strong, meaningful, and long-lasting relationships with independent advisors, business owners/HR professionals, and employees to understand their needs and align resources effectively. Melissa was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Utah to attend college and graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor's degree in Communication. Melissa previously worked for a Global Corporation in Talent Acquisition Management and made a move to the Financial Services industry in 2016. In learning about financial/retirement planning, she quickly identified a need for more education and financial wellness. She enjoys seeking opportunities to collaborate with organizations to help educate workforces on building financial confidence and preparing for a successful retirement! Melissa is married to her husband Paul and they have 3 children. She is actively involved in their sports and school activities while finding time to volunteer in the community and serve on a variety of advisory boards and committees which allows her opportunities to mentor and give back. Pratik Mehta

Pratik is a graduate of UMKC and received both his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Kansas. Pratik has over 13 years of tax experience in the areas of state and local tax credits, individual and business taxes, IRS and state tax notice resolution. Pratik resides in Overland Park, Kansas with his family. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outside with his family, playing board games, watching sports and movies. Pratik loves to travel and try different cuisine.

Priscilla Hansen

Priscilla has over 10 years' experience working in financial services specializing in Client Relations and Operations. Priscilla loves developing strong relationships with advisors, clients, and business partners and has a unique ability to streamline and create processes with great attention to detail. Priscilla is currently attending the University of Utah pursuing her bachelor's degree in economics and holds her life and annuity insurance license. Priscilla grew up in Roy, Utah and moved to Denver and spent nearly a decade there to pursue her career. She moved back to Utah in 2007 to be with her family and raise her daughter. In her free time, Priscilla enjoys spending time with her partner and her daughter, music, reading, cooking, the arts, traveling, volunteering her time and anything involving the outdoors with her huskies.

Scott M. Dougan

Scott Dougan founded Elevated Retirement Group in 2003 in order to fill a niche he felt was not being addressed properly in the retirement planning environment - helping retirees and pre-retirees in the Kansas City metro area find answers to issues that may affect the quality of life during their retirement. Scott is a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) and holds a Series 65 Investment Adviser Representative license, which holds him to the fiduciary standard. He also holds insurance licenses in Kansas, Missouri and other states. Scott is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants. Scott and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Prairie Village with their three dogs, Kozmo, Tuesday and Mazie.

Sean P. Lee

Since 2002, Sean Lee has helped families reach and maintain their financial goals. As a trusted advisor, he coaches and assists his clients with their financial goals by focusing on the fundamentals and takes a practical and personal approach when working with them. He thoroughly educates his clients about the ins and outs of each of their financial decisions to help create and execute a material financial plan. Tyler Moison

Tyler graduated from Kansas State University in 2019 with a degree in Personal Financial Planning. He holds his CFP® designation and as well as his Series 65 and Life and Health Insurance licenses. Tyler has a passion for working with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. In addition to his time at ERG, Tyler recently joined the CASA team as member of their Finance Committee. He works with the staff to develop charitable planning strategies for donors as well as providing a framework for the organization's donation process in general. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his fiancé Hannah and his family. The two will be celebrating their wedding in August of 2023 and look forward to continuing their lives together.
