Alfred J. Falcione, is an accomplished attorney admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars with more than 22 years of general civil and criminal litigation experience representing those injured in complex personal injury cases including medical malpractice: motor vehicle / trucking collisions; traumatic brain injuries; premise liability; products liability; construction workplace injuries; professional malpractice including engineering, architectural and legal.
Mr. Falcione was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a law student, he interned for the Honorable Frank Montemuro of the Superior & Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Falcione joined the Philadelphia District Attorney's office as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial division. It was within the halls and courtrooms of Philadelphia where Mr. Falcione honed his trial skills before beginning a career representing the rights of injured persons in numerous catastrophic injury cases as well as defending the constitutional rights of individuals accused of criminal activity.
Mr. Falcione's ability to communicate to a jury and no-nonsense straight forward attitude has made him an extremely effective and successful attorney with numerous million plus verdicts and settlements. Most recently, Mr. Falcione secured a 6.9 million dollar verdict in Burlington County for a client who was electrocuted on top of a building owned by American Honda Corporation.
Mr. Falcione received his undergraduate degree from Temple University, BBA in Economics. In 1993 he received his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener School of Law. Since then he has spent years sharpening his courtroom skills. Mr. Falcione also has great experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has successfully participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations, which have resulted in substantial settlements for his clients.
Mr. Falcione is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Less than 5% of all attorneys in New Jersey maintain this Certification.

Frank P. Brennan, is an accomplished attorney admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars with more than 20 years of general civil and insurance fraud litigation experience representing those injured in complex personal injury cases including motor vehicle / trucking collisions; traumatic brain injuries; premise liability; medical malpractice; products liability; construction workplace injuries; professional malpractice; and representing healthcare providers in various managed care fraud/disputes with insurance carriers. He currently is Chair of the PIP Litigation Department at Flynn & Associates, P.C.
A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Brennan received his undergraduate degree from Stockton State College. In 1995 he received his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law, Camden. Since then he has spent years sharpening his courtroom skills. Mr. Brennan also has great experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has successfully participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations, which have resulted in substantial settlements for his clients.

Maia R. Mengel, Esq. was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 2010. Ms. Mengel is currently an associate in the PIP litigation department of Flynn & Associates, P.C.
A native of Pennsylvania, Ms. Mengel is a graduate of Strath Haven High School. She earned her undergraduate degrees from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2007. Ms. Mengel received her Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware in 2010.

Ruby Delarosa was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2017. Her primary areas of expertise are in Workers Compensation and Personal Injury. Mrs. Delarosa is from the Dominican Republic and is fluent in Spanish, bringing further assistance to our Spanish-speaking clients.
Mrs. Delarosa is a New Jersey native, being born in Trenton and raised in Newark, NJ. She attended Delaware Law School Widener University and obtained her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Health and Family Law. While at Widener, Mrs. Delarosa founded the First Generation Law Student Association, and was an executive member of LALSA, Widener's Latin American Law Student Association. After law school, Mrs. Delarosa served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Daniel A. Bernardin, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Camden County Superior Court.

Thomas F. Flynn, III, is the founding shareholder of Flynn & Associates, P.C. A native of South Jersey, Mr. Flynn attended high school at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School in Pennsauken NJ and he began his legal education as an honors graduate from LaSalle University Philadelphia, PA and went on to graduate from Widener University Law School in 1982 where he was a Board Officer of the Moot Court Honor Society (Runner-up in Moot Court Competition,1980) and a Member writer for the Delaware Law Forum. Since law school he has spent years sharpening his litigation and negotiation skills. Mr. Flynn also has great experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has successfully participated in numerous trials, mediations and arbitrations, which have resulted in substantial victories for his clients.
