Emily Ray

Emily recognizes & values the trust her teammate's place in her. She strives every day to go beyond satisfaction to treat clients with fulfillment and bridge the gap between all parties in a transaction. She is a ‘third arm' to the team and is always there to jump in & do what is needed. Prior to entertaining real estate, Emily started her career in Maryland working in land acquisition and new home builds for the new Governor, Larry Hogan, then moved into broadcast media, working for National Geographic & Discovery Channel. This instilled in her attention to detail, financial skills, and constant communication in a professional manner. Assisting a team that represents both buyers and sellers primarily in the Evergreen market, Emily sets herself apart with unraveled work ethic, integrity & attention to detail, and of course client satisfaction. In her spare time, Emily enjoys skiing, hiking, cooking & anything that involves horses.

Heather Graham

A lifelong resident of Evergreen, Heather began her commitment to career excellence in 1999, by honing her skills and establishing relationships in some of Colorado's best legal and real estate firms. Heather continues to build her reputation, one client, at a time, with a strong referral business that appreciates her attention to detail and boundless work ethic. Licensed in 2002, Heather is a well-respected veteran of the ebbs and flows of a variety of real estate markets. She has had intimate knowledge of the area's bountiful offerings since before they became homesites and has forged lifelong relationships with the stewards, benefactors, and visionaries that have shaped the Evergreen, Golden, and Conifer communities into what they are today. Front range property and development are in her DNA with her grandfather and father building and selling in Evergreen CO. Heather's commitment to her clients and continuing education, along with her dedication to staying on top of today's latest technology and marketing trends are reflected in her continued success as one of Colorado's top producing realtors. Today she can be found in Evergreen's LIV Sotheby's International Realty office consulting with clients, aggressively marketing homes across the Front Range, and assisting buyers in negotiating their purchase of often hard-to-find gems. While at home, Heather and Sean enjoy family, horses, and testing their gourmet kitchen to its limits. Nicole Reyes

A lifelong Colorado resident, Nicole discovered her passion for real estate at an early age. Even before graduating from CU, she had purchased her first home. She has since owned 16 properties across the front range. "My experience as an investor, homeowner, and house flipper makes me that much more valuable to my clients. I can't say I've seen it all, but definitely a lot." Nicole has crafted a 360-degree view of her job. "I see representation as a measure of my own value in getting my client their dream house. Communicating, Listening, Negotiating, and knowing the market." Not just listening but actively visualizing what someone says is a key secret to her success, as well as watching closely for nonverbal cues. Known for her even-keeled, disposition, Nicole can keep the momentum moving forward and her clients energized even if it is a challenging situation. "One of my strengths is not allowing the lows to bring me down. I treat setbacks as learning experiences." Besides caring for her family, she treats bringing people together, forging relationships and building trust as her main purpose in life. Nicole is passionate about the parent group she founded in her community. "I started this based on my experience of relocating to Northern California for a short time and struggling without a safety net.I organize monthly get togethers, connect people with other new families and vital resources like doctors and vendors." She likes to provide the same service and resources for her clients. As if life were not frenetic enough, Nicole and her husband Gabriel, have a son and daughter both in elementary school. She laughs that their age prepares her to deal with the colorful personalities and fluid situations a Realtor faces every day. Nicole's kiddos are following closely in her ski steps, learning on Copper Mtn where she has been carving up the slopes since she was just four years old. Sean Endsley

Licensed in Austin Texas in 2003, Sean has been practicing real estate in the foothills of Colorado since 2006. Sean is a former U.S. Marine and former Sotheby's International Realty franchise owner. These experiences have left Sean well equipped to navigate and perform in all of the challenges and opportunities our local market has to offer. Sean focuses his talents as a listing agent on the accomplishment of selling homes and winning praise from his clients. Today at LIV Sotheby's International Realty, Sean thoroughly enjoys applying his intense market knowledge, marketing expertise, and negotiating skills towards the twin missions of selling, and customer service. As an ambassador of the "Gate Way to the Rockies" Sean loves the people as much as the land as he serves in multiple outreach opportunities. Unique properties in the communities of Conifer, Denver, Evergreen, Golden, Morrison, and surrounding areas are of course also a passion. Luxury properties and land are the challenges that most thoroughly pique his interest. At home he loves being a father to his young sons, hiking with his dog, Lily, and cooking the foods from Texas that are a part of his soul.
