Le Cheval Blanc is all about vegan food; cooking and eating. Located in the Aveyron Gorge in southwest France we offer holidays and workshops... At Le Cheval Blanc we're all about the food. We specialise in vegan fine dining; either we'll cook for you or show you how to do it! You'll love our workshops, our gourmet weekends, our residentials and our wonderfully preserved 16th century auberge... If you are interested in learning about vegan cookery, we run a cooking school where we offer short and long themed cookery residentials in addition to day workshops. If you can't get here, we spent our Covid-enforced closure creating The Indulgent Vegan, our online cookery school.
