The main characteristic of these ingredients is their provenance: Jaffna, from which derives the name Jaffna Curry Powder. Its formula is the key element of this mixing and Rajes Jaffna Curry Powder born respecting this old recipe... Jaffna is a city founded right on quality agriculture, as well is my hometown. Each spice, refined and of high quality, comes from the typical culture of this land and, after a careful selection, is roasted, grounded, mixed to perfection and finally enclosed in an old recipe... Rajes Jaffna Curry Powder comes from tradition, from the taste, the scent and the typical colors of my country and my intent is to bring the same formula in the West tables while respecting the traditions and the authentic recipe of Jaffna.
