I have the privilege of working with Marc for the last couple of years. He is an excellent leader with outstanding management skills. Marc is open to listening to feedback from his team and has a keen eye for finding inefficiencies and providing/implementing thoughtful design solutions simultaneously. He also made sure our weekly team meetings were fun to attend and I always felt inspired by him to do and be better. Any employee would be lucky to have Marc as a manager/mentor because he is an exceptionally patient and kind person.
