Abel is a Senior Associate he is the Team Lead of the firms Intellectual Property, Media, Entertainment and Technology (IMET) practice Group. He is also a key member of the Commercial Advisory/Transactions and Dispute Resolution teams of the Firm where he represents both domestic and international businesses and high-net-worth individuals on transactional and regulatory issues including capital raising; mergers & acquisitions; intellectual property, media, entertainment & technology; corporate restructuring; debt recovery & insolvency; corporate governance audit & remediation.
Anne primarily advises on human resources, business development and strategic planning. She is a certified human resources and business process re-engineering specialist. She is a Business Strategist and Change Management Specialist.
Judith is a goal driven legal practitioner. She has a sound understanding of legal issues in various areas of practice. Judith had garnered considerable Corporate Finance trademark, Immigration, real estate, corporate restructuring and litigation experience in her involvement in various multi-dimensional transactions.

Okechukwu is a key member of the Firm as Energy, Power, Tax, Corporate, Commercial and Dispute Resolution teams. He has diversified experience in management and corporate finance. He has a very broad understanding of Commercial and Corporate law practice and Litigation across his vast areas such as taxation, banking and finance, project finance, capital market, corporate restructuring, oil and gas, environmental, regulatory compliance, taxation, employment, entertainment law, admiralty and maritime, private equity, capital markets, corporate restructurings including mergers & acquisitions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, business establishments & support services, and general commercial advisory matters.
Onyeka is a senior associate. She is a team lead in the Firm dispute resolution & Corporate Commercial Practice group. Her vast experience cuts across all legal fields including Banking, Labour Related Matters, Maritime, Real Estate, General Corporate Commercial, among others.
Rebecca Tanga is a Partner in Metrocrest Legal Practitioners. She is a Certified Mediator at the Lagos Multi Door Court House and she is equally a Chartered Arbitrator, a member of the Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria.
Uloma is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University, UK. She is a Partner in the Firm, with core competences in corporate and commercial practice, alternative Dispute resolution and Infrastructure Practice and Energy Practice.
