Ben is our subject matter expert on several lines of business with Bell, our biggest and longest standing customer.
During his 32 years at Bell, Ben has held various positions from service technician to central office technician and then to Engineering manager during his last ten years working mostly on Bell's FTTH rollout. Ben has extensive experience in FTTH design and has been a lead manager on numerous FTTH builds across Atlantic Canada as well as into the Central region. Since joining Mobia, Ben has been instrumental in the engineering of multiple FTTH projects for our various contracts with Bell Canada and other customers. Ben has a passion for designing and building fiber networks, he loves working with our customers on solutions and best practice for their varying needs.

Bruce steers MOBIA's day-to-day operations, overseeing all the company's functions to ensure they are aligned with overall business objectives.
With more than 30 years' in telecommunications leadership, Bruce has a proven track record of leading large-scale technology projects and driving operational excellence. Prior to joining MOBIA, Bruce held the role of Senior Vice President of Access Engineering and Deployment at Bell Canada, where his strategic leadership and technical acumen were instrumental in expanding the telecommunication provider's fibre network.

A driven senior leader, Calvin has a track record of building highly successful teams, including the leadership of large, geographically dispersed teams to execute some of the largest initiatives in the history of Telecommunications in Canada.
Before joining Mobia, Calvin spent the last 10 years (of his 31 year career with Bell) assisting with FTTH deployments that spanned 6 provinces and almost 200 communities, including some of the largest metro deployments from Ontario eastward. Calvin has performed a number of functional roles through the years, and has led teams in a wide variety of Telecommunications areas including Customer Services, Sales, Engineering, Standards, Process / Systems, Planning, Contract Management, and Program Management. Since joining Mobia, Calvin and his leadership team have grown the Mobia Broadband & Wireless team by 20% annually. He continues to have a tremendous focus on the customer, and combines a sense of urgency with a wealth of industry knowledge to relentlessly move and evolve the business forward.

Chris is responsible for running MOBIA's North American business operations.
He brings with him 20 years of technology experience and is passionate about helping customers bridge the gap between technology and business. When he isn't at work, Chris can be found coaching basketball, volunteering in his local community and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

Hartley leads MOBIA's Fibre to the Home (FTTH) team, working with service providers to bring FTTH to communities throughout the province of Ontario.
Before joining the MOBIA team in 2021, Hartley managed FTTH implementations for Bell Canada where she managed complex deployment projects, ensuring the seamless integration of FTTH services into communities. Her deep expertise in fibre deployments enables her to provide strategic guidance to FTTH projects in rural and urban communities for MOBIA'smost prominent telecommunications clients. In her free time, Hartley enjoys gardening and kayaking the rivers of New Brunswick.

Jeff leads telecommunications and service provider solutions at MOBIA.
Prior to stepping into the Director role, Jeff held the position of Senior Account Manager at MOBIA for 17 years. Throughout this time, he earned a reputation for his commitment to excellence in client relationships. As a result, Jeff has been instrumental in fostering and nurturing key partnerships within the telecommunications and service provider sectors. Effortlessly combining a keen understanding of the industry landscape with deep insight into his clients' unique needs, Jeff excels at developing tailored solutions for MOBIA's most important customers. In his free time, Jeff can be found watching his kids play hockey or golfing abroad.

Lenny is MOBIA's Vice President of Finance. He supports the company's growth with strategic financial planning and oversees finance and accounting functions.
Having led finance for IT services and solutions companies for over 30 years, Lenny has developed a broad range of skills and capabilities. He's passionate about growing MOBIA's business and helping the company bring leading edge and emerging technologies to more customers across North America. Outside of MOBIA, Lenny enjoys his leisure time engaging in sporting activities, and is an avid spectator of sports events and teams, especially the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Marc heads MOBIA's Office of the CTO for Professional and Managed Services.
With experience working in large enterprises, start-ups, and as an independent consultant, Marc brings a well-rounded perspective to his work at MOBIA. Prior to joining the team, he held a leadership role at Arctiq, where he channeled his passion for creating strong, happy, and resilient teams. With deep technical expertise, Marc prefers to remain hands-on with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Generative AI and other related areas. He sheds light on these topics on his blog and as a speaker at industry events. Outside the professional realm, Marc enjoys mountain biking, scuba diving, and camping with his wife, three children, and two dogs.

Martin Thibodeau oversees Fibre to the Home operations for the Atlantic region, Quebec, Winnipeg, and Northwest Territories.
A seasoned Professional Engineer, Martin has a wealth of experience in Fibre to the Home (FTTH) implementations. Transitioning from the HVAC industry more than 7 years ago, Martin redirected his focus toward the telecommunications sector and joined MOBIA as an Implementation Coordinator. Since then, he has channeled his passion for increasing the productivity of FTTH networks into numerous builds across Canada. Notably, he established a robust team of over 40 telecom designers in Moncton, NB, dedicated to fulfilling the telecom needs of FTTH designs.
Mike is responsible for steering the transformation of MOBIA's core services and go-to-market strategy.
Prior to joining the team in 2014, he spent twenty years helping early stage technology companies develop business strategy, raise capital and be successfully acquired. Mike is a passionate cyclist, health fanatic and an avid reader. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family.
Nea leads MOBIA's VP of People and Culture which includes Recruitment, Engagement, Wellness and Human Resources.
During her twenty years at MOBIA she has held a variety roles including Resource Manager and Director of Employee Development. Outside of work, Nea enjoys reading to her son, interior design and playing the guitar.

Nicole leads MOBIA's global marketing function and is responsible for thoughtfully amplifying MOBIA's offering by working alongside partners to share success stories, highlight technology solutions and create thought leadership content.
A creative by heart, she brings a vast array of marketing experience from various start-up organizations.Outside of work, you will find Nicole spending time with her husband and young son, reading or hiking the North Shore mountains.
Rob oversees and drives the strategic growth of MOBIA.
Rob oversees and drives the strategic growth of MOBIA. Over the past 38 years, he has grown the company from a team of 5 employees to over 500 employees across Canada, overseen three corporate transformations, rebranded (ARCOM Electronics to MOBIA) all while ensuring that people - the MOBIA team & customers - are at the core of all MOBIA does. Outside of work, Rob enjoys cycling, fishing and spending time with his family.

Teresa leads the Service Provider Solutions group, who partner with large telecom operators to rapidly develop custom services to help them deploy their capital programs and reduce operating costs.
Before joining MOBIA in 2021, Teresa spent 6 years of her 33-year career at Bell Canada as Associate Director Municipal Liaison and Right of Way. Teresa's relationship building skills coupled with her understanding of the outside plant network enabled her to successfully negotiate and obtain agreements to deploy Fiber to the Home in many communities in Ontario. Teresa held several senior leadership positions at Bell with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and collaboration with internal and external customers. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys travelling and gardening.
