With over 35 years of automotive experience, Isaiah is the man you can always count on to bring the deal together and to best maximize the organization's sales revenue. This team player enjoys collaborating with all facets of the business from dealer partners to lending partners. Outside of work, he loves spending time with family.
It's all winning and no whining for this team first mother of 3 boys. Karen is an avid sports fan who always brings her A-game. Her relentless work ethic proves her trustworthy, dependable and an invaluable part of the team. Her faith has her playing like it is all up to her, but praying like it is all up to God.

Passion is the fuel that motivates Kenny to lead teams in and out of business. As a father of 4 boys, and husband for 17 years he is always leading a team.
Lynn has 25 years of indirect lending and credit analysis experience. He enjoys working with Account Managers, Loan Coordinators and Team Leaders to get a deal funded. Lynn always goes the extra mile to assist our customers in making things happen. Lynn's new challenge is sketching and drawing characters of friends and famous people.

With a track record of developing high performing departments, he is responsible for the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to acquire new business at MOTiiV.
