Northern Plug is a division of Cincinnati Dowel & Wood Products, which has been manufacturing wood products since 1925. We specialize in producing plugs that are larger than those typically used in the flooring and furniture industries. Some examples include barrel bungs for distilleries and cooperages, tube ends for mailing and shipping tubes, insulation plugs, and firework mortar plugs... Although the name might be new, Northern Plug and its parent company Cincinnati Dowel, have a long history of manufacturing wood products... We offer a wide range of large plugs including barrel bungs, tube ends, insulation plugs, and mortar plugs.
