Alex Fu is an associate with Omada. Completing his real estate license in 2018, he focuses on detail-oriented work and results driven measures. Ensuring the client is making the most informed decision possible is always top of mind. Alex has a background in medical, telecommunications and nonprofit industries where he has excelled in a variety of roles. Through this experience Alex has developed strong analytical and interpersonal skills, bringing him a unique perspective to the world of real estate. His emphasis on client solutions and high impact service is an asset to the Omada team.
Growing up in Edmonton, Alex played AAA hockey for the Southside Athletics Club and Junior B in Beaumont while attending the University of Alberta, where he holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Majoring in Finance and Minoring in Business Law.
Barbara Catonio joined Omada to oversee the marketing of the company. She develops strategies and campaigns, innovating and impacting the market alongside our unique team. Her priority is to expand the brand presence and reach as the company grows in a fast pace.
This Brazilian professional has a large experience on top-notch and global companies with more than 15 years between leading marketing divisions, working hand-on on graphic designs, creations, arts, television production and video editing/graphic animation as well as a digital influencer. She moved in to Canada in 2018 and immediately started a role in an international real estate company, renewing their marketing and calling Omada's attention in the process. In 2019 she joined our team for she also believes that the power of a strong team-based approach connects and engage client's needs, leading all parties to success.
Barbara has a Bachelor on Social Communications from the Dom Bosco Catholic University in Brazil. She has always dedicated time for social causes with regular visits in hospitals, asylum and shelters. While in Brazil, she has combined her love for sports and involvement with social activities to found a not-for-profit project aimed at calling people's attention to their own lives by promoting wellness events to stimulate a healthier lifestyle on the community.
Ben Ashworth is an associate with Omada.
Ben learned the importance of networking in a relationship-oriented industry such as Commercial Real Estate through his role as the University of Alberta Real Estate Club President and has made this a focal point of his career. Ben has built experience in client relations through past employment in the retail sector.
Ben is currently completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, majoring in Finance while completing his Real Estate Certificate. Ben has a passion for real estate and the role it has in everyday life as an engaging tactical asset. An advocate of student participation, Ben is actively involved with the Business Leadership Association and the Business Finance Association.
Bronwyn is an Associate on the Industrial Team at Omada Commercial, beginning her brokerage career with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton in 2014. She has represented international, national and local Tenants and Landlords as an exclusive agent, culminating in millions of dollars of value for her clients.
Bronwyn began her education at the University of Alberta School of Business, completing her undergraduate degree at Cornell University in Hospitality and Facilities Management with a Major in Commercial Real Estate studies. Bronwyn also previously worked through the NYU Certificate in Real Estate Development and completed the NAIOP Advanced Certificate of Commercial Real Estate Development.
Bronwyn sits on the NAIOP Edmonton Board of Directors and is the Chair of the NAIOP Edmonton Developing Leaders Committee. In June 2018, she was honoured to be chosen as one of 10 leaders from across North America for the NAIOP and Prologis Diversity in Commercial Real Estate Award. In May 2019, she was also nominated for the Canadian Outstanding Young Leader in Commercial Real Estate Award through the Canadian Real Estate Forums.
Bronwyn spends her spare time writing a monthly commercial real estate blog (Commercial Connection YEG), playing hockey, and traveling.

Cam Picketts is a founding partner of Omada Commercial with over 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Cam's focus has always been on providing the highest level of service to his clients. It is this long-term approach, with emphasis on building lasting relationships, which has moved Cam into the position of a trusted advisor to the companies and individuals he represents across Canada. Specializing primarily in retail sales and leasing, Cam has a long successful track record within the province of Alberta. Cam is often called for consultation services as it relates to all sizes/types of retailers, green and brown field development.
Formerly a Vice President with Colliers International, during his tenure he was a top producing salesperson on an annual basis for multiple consecutive years. Cam is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a degree in Finance and the Broker for Omada Commercial. Over the past few years, Cam has become increasingly active in working with university students and presenting at the University of Alberta.
Eric Slatter, a founding partner of Omada Commercial, brings over 10 years of commercial real estate experience to his clients. He has represented both landlords and tenants in a wide array of real estate transactions, building an impressive foundation of knowledge though his advisory services.
A former Vice President with Colliers International, Eric has a long record of successfully guiding local, national and international clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions and lease transactions. Eric specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to retail sales and leasing, consistently exceeding the real estate goals of his clients. Through listing and mandate work he collaborates with organizations spanning the private, public, education and non-profit sectors.
Eric has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from the University of Alberta and dedicates his time to organizations such as the Downtown Business Association where he sits on the Business Recruitment Committee.
Gabriel Lorieau is an associate with Omada who brings an animated perspective to the team. Approaching his 4th year in the industry, Gabriel has successfully transacted with numerous local and national clients. He has developed an ability to streamline the decision making process and provides the best service possible, whether dealing with existing or prospective groups.
Prior to joining Omada, Gabriel was an associate with Cushman and Wakefield where he learned the fundamentals of commercial real estate. Gabriel's ability to manage the client's expectation has been proven whether transacting in Tenant or Landlord representation. Gabriel prides himself as a motivated and passionate individual who seeks the greatest and most practical solutions for any mandate.
Kent Simpson is an Associate with Omada Commercial. Prior to joining, Kent represented an Edmonton-based distributor of oil and gas equipment as their outside Sales Manager. Kent is excited about carving out a long career in real estate as it has always been a fascinating industry to him. He is always seeking out new opportunities to connect with individuals and organizations alike to add value to their operations.
Kent was drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks and spent 5 successful seasons playing professional hockey before returning to his hometown of Edmonton. Through his years of hockey, the characteristics of hard work, dedication to his craft, and contributing to a team environment have become deeply ingrained in him. He has a constant thirst for knowledge that allows him to stay on top of current industry trends. Born and raised in Edmonton, Kent has a passion for the City and the limitless potential it holds.
May Cuan is an associate with Omada Commercial. Her client focus and detail oriented work allows her to successfully navigate transactions from start to close. Whether representing a Landlord or Tenant, she approaches all retail sales and leasing objectives with drive, an analytical mindset and a high level of customer service. Her clients are always top of mind as she ensures that they obtain the best and most favourable outcomes.
May began working with Omada teammates Cam Picketts, Eric Slatter and Celeste Dietzen in the summer of 2015 as a cooperative education student at a global commercial real estate firm. After completing her studies in 2016, and travelling extensively throughout Asia, she joined the retail team full-time.
May has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from the University of Alberta and regularly volunteers to help relieve hunger in the community with the Edmonton Food Bank.
