He noticed that it was difficult to find a qualified electrician to answer or return a phone call, as a test he randomly called ten publicly listed electrical contractors and he was fortunate enough to get one or two responses. When he was able to speak directly to an electrical contractor he soon realized that many companies would offer a service to correct your problem at a premium cost but offered very little assurance that the work would be completed properly.
