Rashaj group emerged as property investors in the United Kingdom during 1995. The group was founded by chartered engineer Abdul Rashid. Inspired by his vision, business acumen and expertise in both construction industry and real estate, the group successfully ventured into the booming contracting and real estate sector in Kerala. Till date, the group has expanded swiftly to areas such as building and letting out commercial properties, retail outlets of petroleum products, state of the art hotels & convention centres and other innovative real estate arenas. Apart from Er. Rashid, the other partners of Rashaj group are Mrs. Shajitha and Ms. Arshiya.
