Paweł managed a front-end team at F.Hoffmann-La Roche where he oversaw the entire usability process from concept to implementation, provided consultation to clients and management for UX solutions, and managed a portfolio of 20+ projects per year. He also formed a UX team that today employs more than 15 experts who provide services to the entire organization of nearly 90k people.
