Brent brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate, retail and distribution operations to his position as president and broker. As a licensed real estate broker, he is responsible for the brokerage of commercial office, retail and industrial properties. He offers a depth of knowledge and experience regarding retail operations and retail leasing on a national basis with an additional expertise in Atlanta's southern crescent, having lived in Fayette County more than 15 years.
Brent's past experience includes his position as vice president of infrastructure and real estate for Randstad North America as well as director of store operations for Federated Department Stores in Atlanta.
Brent is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Georgia and National Association of Realtors and the Rotary Club of Peachtree City. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
As a Principal, Brian has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE). Brian offers a depth of knowledge and experience covering many facets of real estate operations including property management, asset management, finance, and brokerage. He also has specific expertise in Atlanta's southern crescent, having lived in Clayton and Fayette Counties for more than 40 years.
Brian's previous experience includes positions as President and CEO of B.K. Williams & Associates, Inc. and Principal of Pinnacle Title and Real Estate Services, where he was involved in over 25,000 real estate transactions valued in excess of $2 billion. As a licensed real estate agent, Brian is a member of the Georgia and National Association of Realtors. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology with undergraduate studies in Industrial Management, Architecture, Building Construction, and Real Estate Development.
Brian and wife Kim are long-time Peachtree City residents, proud parents of two adult children, and incredibly proud grandparents of an amazing granddaughter.

Darrell is a professional land developer with 28 plus years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate, Development, Design and Construction industry. His expertise is in the area of development, design and construction of project types ranging from retail, professional / medical office, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use. Darrell graduated from Samford University and has served in Executive Leadership (Director, VP & SVP) for several large Commercial Real Estate Firms in the Southeastern US.
During his professional career, Darrell has worked on the planning and oversight of over 35 million SF of commercial space valued at over $6 billion. He has worked on projects as small as 7,500 sf and as large as 2 million sf. He has developed sites as small as 2+ acres and worked on Master Plan Developments as large as 16,000 acres across the Southeastern US, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Texas, and California.
His expertise includes managing the process and procedures for development including legal / due diligence, jurisdictional zoning entitlement, pro-forma development, contract negotiations as well as construction oversight, project costing, budget management, scheduling and ensuring the delivery of high quality developments.
Darrell is a member of the ICSC and ULI. He and his wife are involved in their home church, frequently serving as a Community Group Leaders.
