Martin G. Ferrillo

Dr. Ferrillo, owner and Medical Director, joined the Albany and Saratoga Centers for Pain Management in 2006 after earning his Medical Degree at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001 and has specialized in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Regenerative Medicine, and Pain Management. His passion is in helping others with musculoskeletal pain problems. Dr. Ferrillo is double Board-Certified and licenced to practice medicine and surgery in N.Y. State.

Radana Dooley

Dr. Dooley is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and in electrodiagnostic medicine. She received her medical degree at Charles University in the Czech Republic and completed post-graduate work at medical centers in Florida and California. Dr. Dooley completed her residency at the Nassau University Medical Center Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program where she also served as chief resident. She is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Medical Society of the State of New York, Warren County Medical Society and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

Robert Akey

Robert Akey graduated as valedictorian of radiography from the School at UVM Hospital in 2004. Robert Akey finished his BS in Human Biology from University of Albany in 2016. Robert Akey worked as a radiographer at Albany Medical Center, then here at ASCPM for 6 years. Then graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant studies at Albany Medical College.

Sophie Scherl

Dr. Scherl joined ASCPM in August 2022 after completing her fellowship in Interventional Spine, Sports & Regenerative Medicine at the Bodor Clinic in Napa, California. She attended Brown University as an undergraduate and following graduation completed two years of research in New York City at the THANC foundation. She received her MD from Albany Medical College in 2017 and then went on to complete her residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Albany Medical Center in 2021. She served as chief resident and graduated with distinction in Leadership and Quality Improvement. Dr. Scherl is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She has a special interest in regenerative medicine for the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain.
