The Sandilands is a Project by BHL Waterfront Sdn Bhd and is a subsidiary of the Heng Lee Group. The Group divested itself of its merchandising business and is now engaged in property development, property management, credit financing, education and warehousing. The Group was previously a major shareholder of Ban Hin Lee Bank.
