Fraser founded South East Property Group in 2014 with Warren, Fraser began his career as an Estate Agent in 2006 around East London, advising on all aspects of residential sales and lettings as both an agent and valuer. Fraser has since moved onto the development side specialising in multi-unit residential and mixed-use schemes in London and Essex, taking responsibility for the whole development process from acquisition through project management to sales. Fraser has gained ground-up experience on both the development and sales process.
Marc is a senior and motivated industry professional, experienced on large complex projects and has a track record of success. Has served at Board Level, in SME's and within Plc's. Marc possesses flair, determination and a dynamic approach to business, strong commercial acumen, and hands on inspirational leadership. Strong believer in a proactive approach to risk management and driver of innovation. Marc pays attention to detail and is experienced in different forms of contract and in dispute resolution. Marc has successfully represented Developers, Contractors and Specialists defend or prosecute construction claims and disputes and in Adjudications. Marc has been responsible for delivering on time and within budget several construction projects in excess of £100m in value.
Warren founded South East Property Group in 2014 and has been developing land to provide residential and commercial properties since 2009. Warren has gained a wealth of experience, working alongside Local Authorities in a number of areas across the South East. Over the years Warren has been involved in the planning and development stage on a range of sites, ranging from single property purchases to multiple unit schemes. South East Property Group is renowned for its quality and attention to detail in every aspect of its business. Warren is extremely passionate about his work and his goals going forward are to keep growing the business and to continue to create outstanding homes to live in.
