Chris Byrne

Job Titles:
  • Property Manager
Chris Byrne came to us with over 19 years of property management experience, specializing in residential, community and HOA management. He has a background in managing capital improvement projects, budgets and delinquency. In addition to his property management experience, Chris also obtained his Real Estate license in 2007. Chris's role as Property Manager is to manage maintenance staff, oversee projects and coordinate outside vendors as well as handling tenant issues.

Dawn Sciota

Job Titles:
  • Assistant to the Controller
Dawn Sciota joined Secure Management in 2023. She has 30+ years of experience in accounting, with most of that time in the security industry. Dawn also performed many other roles in the operations of her former employer, including assisting the CEO and President with various administrative tasks. She will be assisting our Controller and managing daily accounting tasks.

Diane Kowalski

Job Titles:
  • Lease Administrator
Diane Kowalski came to us with a tenant's perspective, having 30+ years background with the headquarters of a national fabrics and furniture retailer. She spent several years as the assistant to the CEO. In addition, she coordinated the opening of new locations, working with contractors and various team members. She was their lease administrator, and also handled maintenance issues for the company's 75+ stores. Diane serves in several roles with Secure Management - as the lead Property Manager and Lease Administrator; she is the daily contact for all tenants regarding concerns related to maintenance, rent payments, or any questions related to their unit or lease.

Patty Giacomucci

Patty Giacomucci joined Secure Management, Inc. in September 2016. She has a diverse background in commercial real estate, construction and property management with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Patty's role as Accounting Manager is to oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for the company.

Shane Malek - COO

Since 2006, Shane Malek has served as Chief Operations Officer for Secure Management Inc. Over the past 17 years he has been involved with their commercial real estate, handling new acquisitions, development, construction, leasing, and property management. Shane graduated from Goldey Beacom College with a BA in Business Administration. He obtained his Real Estate License in 2012 which is held by a local Wilmington brokerage company.

Shelley Reilly

Shelley Reilly joined Secure Management in early 2018 as our Controller. Shelley is responsible for our overall financial management. She monitors and confirms our financial condition and guides decisions to maximize our return on assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, and reporting systems. Shelley has over 30 years of experience in the commercial/residential property management, construction and real estate development industries. She and her husband also operate their small construction business and own several residential investment properties.
