We are pleased to share that our principal Shanti Abraham was invited to contribute to the UNCITRAL Working Group 3 in her capacity as the newly appointed "Chair of the International Mediation Institute Investor-State Mediation Taskforce" during the session from 5th to 9th Oct 2020... This year at SAAAS we were privileged to assist clients in resolving their disputes through mediation, negotiation, arbitration and litigation.
