Dr. Kai-Fu Lee is the Chairman and CEO of Sinovation Ventures and President of Sinovation Venture's Artificial Intelligence Institute. Prior to founding Sinovation in 2009, Dr. Lee was the President of Google China, and senior executives at Microsoft, SGI, and Apple. Dr. Lee received his Bachelor degree from Computer Science from Columbia University, Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as Honorary Doctorate Degrees from both Carnegie Mellon and the City University of Hong Kong.
He co-chaired the Artificial Intelligence Council for the World Economic Forum Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and is highly recognized as "TIME100 AI" Top 25 AI Leaders in the World, 100 Most Influential People in the World by TIME Magazine in 2013, WIRED 25 Icons, and followed by over 50 million audiences on social media.

Mr. Wenchao Shen, Executive Director, joined Sinovation Ventures in early 2015. Wenchao focuses on enterprise software and disruptive technology. He led investments in 4Paradigm, Waterdrop Inc, Tongyu Technology, Xunce Technology, etc. Prior to Sinovation, he worked in BAI and invested in UCloud. Before being an investor, he was a software engineer at Baidu. Wenchao received his bachelor's and master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
Nero Wang, Executive Director of Sinovation Ventures, focuses on deep tech (AI, IoT, Semiconductor, etc.). Nero has led investments in National Chip, DPI, XYZ Robotics, Prophesee, Suirui, Transn, Y-semi, Flagchip, WeRide, AInnovation, Jing OS, Broadlink, Langboat, Nanostep, Kalman, 01.AI among others. Nero was the former leader of 360 hardware ecosystem, Co-founder of MUSES incubator, Founder of GuoYuan Delivery, Founder of College Students Sponsorship Web, Founder of the National College Students New Media Development Forum. He also worked at Microsoft, Qihoo 360 and Weibo. Nero graduated from Queen Mary University of London in Telecommunication & Management, and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
