Dr. Munteanu has over a decade of working in dentistry and has specialised in endodontics. She graduated from Dental and Medicine University in Targu Mures in 2009, before embarking on a 3-year residency in further endodontic studies.
Diana's background in both private clinics and specialist practice has given her a broad experience in performing root canal treatments. Her approachability and extensive knowledge help her to build a good rapport with her patients.
Dr. Munteanu focuses on providing a painless experience for patients while utilising the latest technology here at Swords Dental.

Dr. Donal O'Mahony is a vastly experienced dentist who joined the practice in 2001. Donal has previously worked in the UK and run his own practice in Canada over many years. He has opened his own practice in Ballsbridge but still works with us in Swords on a regular basis.
Donal has a particular interest in advanced restorative work including crowns, veneers, bridge work and root canal treatment. He has huge experience in these areas and has successfully completed many complex cases over the years.
He has also completed his training in dental implants.

Dr. Edgar Evans is a highly dedicated dentist who joined the practice in 2020. Edgar graduated from Riga Stradins University in Latvia and has been working as a general dentist since 2017. During the course of his studies, Edgar was awarded a scholarship for outstanding performance.
He is a member of the Irish Dental Council Register and performs all aspects of dentistry, with a particular interest in restorative dentistry and root canal treatments. He has also completed his training in implant prosthetics and clear aligners systems.
Edgar is passionate about educating patients on the importance of oral hygiene, providing the best patient care through communication and high-quality service. Edgar is devoted to remaining up to date on the latest techniques, to provide the highest level of patient care possible.

Dr. Haitham Bashara, Oral Surgeon, Periodontist & Implantologist, qualified with honours from the Tripoli Dental School and Hospital in July 1999.
He then completed his masters in Periodontology & Implantology AR Dublin Dental University Hospital, Trinity College in 2005. Following this Dr Bashara received his PhD in Periodontology and Implantology from Trinity College Dublin University in 2013.
Dr. Bashara provides the following treatments.

Dr. Kelly qualified with an honours degree in Porto in 2015. She has great experience in both general and cosmetic dentistry.
Her passion for helping patients look their best and improving their natural beauty led her to undertake further training in restorative/aesthetic dentistry and facial aesthetics. She has a particular interest in Composite Bonding, which helps to improve the appearance of the teeth without the need for any drilling.
Dr. Kelly likes to make her patients feel confident with a healthy smile. She provides general dentistry for the whole family and loves to see her patients growing happy and with a beautiful smile.
Lyndsey enjoys keeping up to date with modern dental techniques and attends a variety of postgraduate continual dental education events. She has a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Dentistry from Trinity College Dublin and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow.
Lyndsey is particularly happy to help nervous patients. Lyndsey has completed her Diploma in Conscious Sedation and undertakes sedation in the practice. She is a member of the International Society of Dental Anxiety Management.

Mohammad graduated from the School of Dental Science at Trinity College Dublin in 2021 with honours. He joined the team at Swords Dental in Summer 2022 and currently covers Saturdays.
Mohamad has experience in all aspects of general dentistry, ranging from routine fillings to more extensive dental work such as crowns and dentures. He prides himself in helping people overcome their dental anxiety and he collaborates closely with his colleagues in Swords to ensure the best outcome for his patients.
To ensure optimal dental health for his patients, Mohammad is committed to further education and prides himself in using the most innovative techniques.

Dr. Victor Vidigal is a Brazillian Dental Surgeon based in Ireland. He completed his undergraduate Dental Degree in Minas Gerais, Brazil, before going on to postgraduate studies in Oral Surgery.
Victor also holds an MSc in General Dentistry from Fernando Pessoa University, Porto, Portugal and a Master's Degree in Implantology from the European Postgraduate Centre.
He is attending a Periodontology Postgraduation (end August 2023) in Egan Moniz University, but before that he had also taken a course in Three-Dimensional Rehabilitation of Soft and Hard Tissues from Mollaris Specialist Formation.
Victor brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Swords Dental and he is a great addition to our team. He is now accepting referrals for surgical extractions (including impacted wisdom teeth), frenectomies, crown lengthening, exposure of canines for orthodontics, implants, periodontal regeneration, and tissue grafts amongst many other treatments.

Pamela joined Swords Dental as a dental nurse in 2007. She has completed her Diploma in Dental Nursing in Trinity College.
She became practice manager with us in 2019. In this role, she organises the smooth running of the practice. Pam is very approachable and can help co-ordinate your treatment with us. Along with our team of highly trained nurses and receptionists, she is happy to answer any queries you may have about your treatment.

Weronika is a highly dedicated hygienist, who joined our practice in 2022. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2021 with honours and achieved one of the highest results in her year. She has also represented her class and was a member of the Covid -19 committee.
Weronika is an avid member of the Irish Dental Hygiene Association and has helped with the Dublin Irish hygienist symposium.
She is also a member of the Irish Dental Council Register.
Weronika is passionate about educating patients in the importance of oral hygiene and providing best patient care. Weronika has been chosen to appear on the radio to provide Oral health care instruction to the listeners.
