Adam Oliver

Adam's over 10 years in financial services includes positions with First Western Trust and BMO Harris Bank. He is working to advance the field of financial planning through his service on the board of the Colorado Financial Planning Association (FPA). Adam graduated cum laude from the University of Utah where he was a 3-time, record-holding swimmer. Adam and his wife and daughter love hiking national parks, exploring small town coffee shops, and hosting family and friends for festive meals. Adam also enjoys expanding his horizons by reading self-development books and exploring ancient texts.

Bruce Bendell

Job Titles:

Bruce is a CPA and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) who has specialized in tax, audit and financial planning since 1990. Prior to founding Transitions Wealth Management in 1999 and concurrently, he stays up to date on tax law as a practicing CPA in tax compliance. Early in his career he worked as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche. Bruce has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Bruce is active in a number of community organizations, including Shalom Park, a provider of professional healthcare services for elders. He co-founded and is ‘Chief Bicycle Pump' for a grassroots organization Wish for Wheels that brings new bicycles and helmets to children in low income communities. He enjoys tennis, skiing, fly fishing, bike riding, family time and finishing each day with ice cream (preferably Carvel).

Charles Wetmore

Charles is a Certified Financial Planner, CFP® with over ten years of dedicated experience in the financial services industry. He is passionate about developing and building financial wealth plans to help clients optimize their financial lives and goals. Charles obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons - they love traveling to new places, going on family adventures, and checking out new coffee shops! He enjoys making fresh pour-over coffee, traveling as a family, and spending time outside - especially skiing and trail running. He also loves live music and watching soccer and football.

Gary Saltzman

Gary is a CPA and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) currently concentrating on small business, taxation, retirement, estate, and financial planning. Gary graduated from the University of Colorado and is a Denver native. Gary is an active volunteer, providing leadership and support to numerous community and international organizations. He was able to reach the pinnacle of leadership by serving as President of B'nai B'rith International. Family is the foundation of his life's existence. Gary enjoys interspersing travel adventures, with time spent with his children and grandchildren.

Gracie Tiedeman

Gracie supports our advisors and clients in all their wealth planning needs. She obtained her bachelor's degree and MBA from Colorado State University in Pueblo. After college, she worked for a team of financial advisors supporting them and their clients. Prior to joining Transitions Wealth Management, Gracie was a stay-at-home mom to her 3 kids. Gracie enjoys spending time with her husband and children, her Belgian Malinois puppy, and small flock of chickens. She loves baking, cake decorating, plants, and yoga.

Michael Simmons

Michael has been a financial advisor since 1997. Prior to joining Transitions in 2007, he worked with Morgan Stanley, Charles Schwab and Bank of the West. Michael is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable (CPGR), Estate Planning Council of Southeast Denver and the Lone Tree Chamber of Commerce. He has a bachelor's degree in Finance from Freed-Hardeman University. Michael enjoys spending time with his daughter and playing tennis. He has a soft spot for his home state of Kentucky and especially University of Kentucky athletics. Go Big Blue!

Michelle Sandt-Wade

Michelle is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with more than three decades of experience in wealth management. She has a bachelor's degree in Finance from Colorado State University. She is a partner with Transitions Wealth Management, where she serves as a senior wealth manager building meaningful relationships with clients. Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She loves playing golf and is a big fan of historical fiction. She volunteers as a Life Coach for single moms needing encouragement and financial literacy help. She is on the board of The Listen Foundation locally as well. She has a passion for mentoring young women and opening the family home to young adults for meals and connections.

Nicole Duman

Nicole manages operations and day-to-day office activities at Transitions. She provides exceptional customer care and is the first point of contact for our clients. Prior to joining us, Nicole worked as a corporate event organizer. As an avid kickboxer, she loves the challenge and intensity that comes with this high-energy workout. But that's not all - she's also a yoga enthusiast, finding peace and relaxation through the practice. When she's not breaking a sweat, Nicole enjoys spending time with her daughter, Harper, playing games and exploring new activities together.
