Stephanie founded Analytica Insights in 2020 to bridge the gap between rigorous data analysis and the needs of decision makers. She has extensive experience gathering data, cleaning and analyzing large datasets, and conducting qualitative analysis. She has used the results to inform policy and decision making through her work with policy, international, and education organizations. With over 15 years of experience in the policy analysis and education sectors, Stephanie spent over five years at Denver Public Schools. In her role as Evaluation Manager, she led the district's evaluation system, with a focus on conducting rigorous, mixed-method evaluations of district priorities. She previously worked at the International Food Policy Research Institute, focusing on the evaluation of education and nutrition interventions in India, Pakistan, and Tanzania, and has coauthored multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals. Stephanie has a Master's in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University. She has taught English in Moldova, Austria, and Poland, and has held many other teaching and mentoring roles both in the U.S. and abroad. She speaks French fluently, conversational German, Polish, and Romanian, and is currently working on learning Mandarin.
