Aneta Joined the Compton Acres team in March 2021 and has been working in dentistry since 2006. Her favourite thing about dentistry is seeing the change in peoples smiles, so she often enjoys working alongside the dentist during complex cosmetic procedures such as veneers, composite build ups and orthodontics. In addition to this she also enjoys a good surgical extraction!
Aneta devotes most of her spare time to her young daughter Bianka, and is currently renovating her new home with her partner Lukasz. Aneta and her family enjoy taking trips to Poland to see family as often as they can.
Dr Nasser joined us in October 2022, having relocated from a private practice in South Yorkshire. He has been warmly welcomed by staff and patients alike for his kind and caring manner.
In 2017, he obtained BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree from the prestigious University of Aberdeen and Dundee. Prior to that, he completed a BSc in Biomedical Science at the University of Bradford, which equipped him with a solid understanding of the scientific aspects of dentistry.
Alongside his dental expertise, he has a strong interest in product design, 3D modelling, and innovation. Dr Nasser firmly believes that integrating modern techniques and technologies into dental practice can greatly enhance patient care and treatment outcomes. Therefore, staying abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry is of utmost importance to him.
Dr Nasser believes, a lifelong learning is crucial to providing the best possible care to his patients. He actively pursues continuous professional development by attending various courses and conferences, continuously expanding his clinical skills and knowledge. One area of dentistry that particularly fascinates him is endodontics. The intricate nature of root canal treatments and the opportunity to preserve natural teeth inspires him to delve deeper into this specialized field. He approaches his work with meticulous attention to detail. His goal is to ensure that each treatment he provides is of the highest quality and tailored to meet the unique needs of his patients. Patient satisfaction and well-being are his top priorities as he strives to build long-term relationships based on trust and open communication.
Outside of dentistry, he finds solace in nature. Taking walks and appreciating wildlife rejuvenates him and helps him unwind. He is true animal lover; he has a profound appreciation for the natural world and its inhabitants.
Scott graduated from Manchester University in 2014. Originally from Nottingham, he returned to his hometown soon after his studies, working as a dentist providing high quality, comfortable and ethical dentistry to his patients of all ages.
He endeavours to build trusting relationships and make people feel happy about their smile. Scott is committed to creating a comforting environment and strives to provide the best and most appropriate care a patient requires by discussing their options clearly.
Scott enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, offering a full mix of treatments including white fillings, aesthetic crowns, teeth whitening and well-fitting dentures. He has a passion for aesthetic dentistry and started providing Invisalign straightening and composite bonding which is an area of development that he is motivated to progress in.
Outside of work, Scott loves family time with his wife and young son. A Nottingham Forest fan (You Reds!), Scott loves his sport and enjoys playing squash and golf.
Hannah joined the practice in April 2022 after deciding on a change of career. Wishing to remain in a caring environment Hannah set her sights on dentistry after undergoing several years of dental treatment herself, when she was younger. Because of this, Hannah has a great understanding of how important a calming environment and supportive and friendly team can be when having treatment and she enjoys putting nervous patients at ease with her friendly personality. Hannah has settled in amongst the team quickly and is enjoying learning lots of new things about dentistry!
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with close family and friends. She has three dogs who adore trips to the park and when that doesn't keep her busy enough, she takes part in online training courses, especially ones related to marine biology.
Kerstin joined Compton Acres Dental Practice directly from Germany where she spent many years working as principal nurse to a famous oral surgeon and implantologist in Germany. She has now worked at the practice for 17 years. Kerstin works alongside our Implantologist Raj Ghadiali and together they create a fabulous team. Her hard work and commitment are noticeably valued by all our patients. Kerstin's expertise and experience has contributed to the staff training and growth of the practice's reputation. She is married to a famous Nottingham musician and joins him regularly on various music events, thoroughly supporting his music career as a number one fan.
Milena joined Compton Acres Dental Practice in November 2018 and has been working in Dentistry for 12 years. She is an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a real passion for business development and administration. Milena has plenty of dental knowledge and understanding to help you with your patient journey. Outside of work, Milena dedicates most of her time doing sports and travelling.
Saffron Joined the Compton Acres team in 2018 and has been working in dentistry since 2009. Her favourite thing about dentistry is doing orthodontics.
Saffron now only works with us every so often, as she is now running a successful business as an online personal trainer. In her spare time Saffron enjoys being outdoors cycling, going on long walks, horse riding or doing some sort of outdoor activity.
Sam has recently joined the Compton Acres team, having spent five years working at a prominent private practice and referral centre in Derbyshire.
He graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor's in Dental Surgery from the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry in sunny Devon - and must be one of only a handful of dentists in the world with a degree in Marine Biology too!
Sam is a skilled general dentist. At the heart of his practice is a patient-centred approach and great communication. He has a particular interest in preventative and conservative dentistry and, in his previous role, undertook root canal treatment on a referral basis. He is currently in the process of completing a Master's degree in Endodontics.
Since moving to Nottingham in 2015, Sam has settled in Mapperley Park with his partner, a consultant at QMC, their Great Dane Oliver and cat Noah.
A keen cook and self-confessed 'foodie', Sam won't mind if you had garlic for dinner the night before.
Soraya joined the team in March 2021 and is responsible for the day to day running of the practice. With a strong customer service background, she is committed to enhancing the patient journey alongside managing the practices standards of patient care, health and safety and clinical excellence.
As a qualified Dental nurse, with experience in general, cosmetic, implant and orthodontic dentistry; you may from time to time, see Soraya in surgery alongside one of our dentists. Though she enjoys all aspects of dentistry, she strongly feels that the most rewarding part is making a difference to people's smiles.
In her spare time, Soraya enjoys hiking and travelling with her partner Liam. Her all-time favourite holiday destination is New Zealand but this might also have something to with her Mum and Sister who live there. In Anticipation of her next holiday she has even taken a level 2 course in ‘te reo Māori'.
