E&S BUILDERS - Key Persons
Adrian was introduced to the construction business in 2003 when he served as a superintendent for a national home builder. He enjoyed the work and continued to experience success before transitioning into commercial construction in 2007. Adrian started his own construction company in 2011. He has a bachelor degree in industrial design which he earned at Arizona State University. During his time in the industry, he has mastered the skills of construction, design, sales, and project management.
Alan Palermo, a native New Yorker, found his way to Arizona in 2019. Alan earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Buffalo before moving onto his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas' rigorous Studio 804 building program. After spending time in the architecture and construction industry in New York, Alan moved to Phoenix and worked for an architect directed design & build firm in his pursuit of working in a truly collaborative environment. He also became a certified passive house builder and aided in the first passive house in the Phoenix metro area.
Since joining the E&S team, Alan's pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and unending work ethic ensure that every build project he leads is a true success. He has become a leading resource in the area of sustainable building practices.
In his free time Alan enjoys getting together with friends to mountain bike and hike trying new food & beverage venues along with designing and building custom furniture.
Ali grew up visiting model homes with her mom, driving the neighborhoods of Arizona (Arizona native!) - taking in the design, versatility, and architecture of each home. She discovered a passion for homes and what they mean to each homeowner. In her years with E&S, she has grown an even deeper love for the craft that is custom home building. And although she now wears many hats here, putting her boots on the ground at the job site and watching someone's dream home be built from the ground up is where she finds the most joy.
She is a natural-born host and will find any excuse to throw a party at her house. She enjoys traveling anywhere from the beach to the mountains and catching any concert, race or sporting event in town with her husband, Justin.

that in the construction industry. She has worked in multiple fields
Originally from Ohio, Brian moved out to Arizona in 2006 and started his own construction business, building astronomy homes and observatories. He has over 17 years of project management experience involving new home builds, renovations, commercial buildings and large-scale multi-family projects. His professional qualifications and experience combined create a successful project manager. And he believes the key to success is working with the clients, providing the highest quality product in a timely manner. All while creating a positive environment with both subcontractors and team members. Brian's joys in life consist of seeing his family, as well as working out at the gym, playing golf, watching sports, and traveling.

Courtney grew up in Iowa and Minnesota before moving to Tempe, Arizona to attend college in 2006. Growing up in the Midwest, instilled her love for animals and being outdoors, a true fan of all sports and an active lifestyle. Hiking, cycling (road bike), and swimming, are part of her norm along with spending time with her daughter.
While Courtney spent her college years with focus in healthcare/nursing, she has always had an eye for beautiful spaces and creating experiences that bring people together. This passion paired with her attention to detail, analytics, and dedicated work ethic really sets the stage for a wonderful client experience during our design coordination process. She wholeheartedly believes teamwork makes the dream work and enjoys picking up extra knowledge in the field to ensure a smooth process for all involved.
Diego is an Arizona native that graduated from Desert Edge High School in 2021 out in Goodyear. Diego first started working in a beef plant but realized that he wanted a different career path. He landed in the cabinet industry where he started with custom cabinetry. There, he learned the skills and qualities to become a great cabinet professional. Now, he continues to grow within the industry with the goal to become a contractor himself!
Jason Easterly offers extensive knowledge and over 20 years of experience in the construction business. Jason's family history in construction along with a strong background in management, real estate and finance has allowed him to develop skills related to the construction business on all levels.
Jason's wide variety of knowledge has enabled him to build and rehab custom homes, develop rental projects for investors and buy and sell investment properties. Jason combines his experience with innovation to represent his clients with the utmost professionalism and market knowledge.
He has built his business through strong design work, negotiating skills and focusing on current trends for his clients. This allows him to deliver a finished product that will go above and beyond the clients expectations.

Jim was born and raised in Seattle Washington. He began his construction career in 1981 and by 1993 he was running his own company and performing remodels through the greater Seattle area. In 2003 he was done with the rain and moved to sunny Arizona, building his business from scratch, again. With now over 40 years in the industry it was time to take on a new role and help teach the next generation while creating spaces for our clients. Jim loves to travel the world, play tennis, drive fast cars and hang out with his wife and kids.
Matt was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. He has 29 years of experience in construction with a good mix of framing, trade work, single family home construction management, custom home building, civil improvements, and land development. Matt is a family man who enjoys watching his 3 kids play sports and enjoys family road trips to the forest to escape the heat.

Sarah has long had a passion for real estate and design, though she started her career in insurance, working in claim and litigation management. She honed her organizational, communication and efficiency skills in that position and loves to now utilize those skills to maximize the project and design experience. Sarah relishes being part of a team and believes that great communication and relationships make all the difference in creating an outstanding building experience.
She grew up in the Boston area, before moving to Arizona in high school. After graduating from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Business Management degree, she spent several years in Colorado and some time back on the East Coast before returning to Arizona with her family. Sarah still happily peruses real estate listings and floor plans and has loved the experience of renovating her family's homes. She loves spending time with her husband Mike, three kids, and two dogs - Teddy and Lulu. Her weekends are spent cheering for her kids' sports teams, hiking, reading, and spending lots of time outside, enjoying Arizona.
