Anne has worked as an escrow officer for 34 years. Along the way, she earned her Senior Certified Escrow Officer designation through California Escrow Association. Anne is qualified to handle all types of sales and refinances, including commercial properties. She also processes business and mobile home transactions - unique escrows which require special expertise.

Brandi brings 26 years of experience to Generations Escrow. She began her career as a customer service representative in the title industry. Over the years, she continued to grow and expand her knowledge in the escrow business. She now handles resales, REO's, short sales, refinances, reverse mortgages, and commercial escrows.
She takes great pride in protecting her clients' funds and information as a neutral third party while offering excellent service. She always brings reassurance and comfort to the most anxious customers, especially the first-time home buyer.

Biography
With a background in Luxury Property Management, Bri prides herself on her attention to detail, follow-up, proactive time management, and desire to create a special and memorable experience for each of her clients. Growing up in the small and unincorporated mountains of Modjeska Canyon, getting to her neighbors was the lifestyle in which she was raised. For that reason, Bri considers Business Development her dream job- "I love coming to work every day and getting the opportunity to engage!" When she's not hard at work, some of her favorite pastimes include: roller skating, snowboarding, camping, visiting art galleries/museums, and going to the local Farmer's market. With Realtor parents and Broker grandparents, Bri has a unique insight into the industry and uses that insight to frame her Business Development approach. Kim handles all types of real estate transactions, including residential resale, commercial sales, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, short sales, REO, refinances and reverse mortgages. She is truly passionate and dedicated to helping buyers and sellers reach their dreams.
Kim believes in continuing education to stay up with the everchanging real estate industry. She is a Certified Escrow Officer and is a member of the American Escrow Association and California Escrow Association.
At Generations, Laney Bernardino has found a culture of support and teamwork. She values the direct access she has to management and other support staff. Lisa began her career in the property management business over 35 years ago. Eventually, she became the company's Administrative Assistant to the Director of Finance and then made the move into escrow. From that point, she never looked back! Lisa specializes in Laguna Woods Village sales and also has experience with bank-owned foreclosures and auction properties. We are fortunate Lisa made the decision to join our escrow team.
