Richard T Kiko Jr. is a third-generation member of KIKO Auctioneers and Realty. The oldest grandson in the business of the company's founder Russ Kiko, Dick has been working full-time with the company since 2001. He received his Real Estate license in 2001 and In Auctioneers license in 2004. He is a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Stark County Association of Realtors, and is a member of the National and Ohio Association of Auctioneers, and many area Chamber of Commerce organizations. Dick is the Chief Executive Officer of KIKO Company, which owns and operates KIKO Auctioneers, KIKO Agency, and other companies. KIKO auctioneers execute over 1,200 auctions per year. Dick specializes in selling commercial, industrial, and income producing businesses. He is a well-recognized speaker on the topic of the Auction Method of Marketing and teaches continuing legal education classes to attorneys, bar associations and other organizations throughout Ohio. Seth Slagle joined KIKO is 2010 and is currently an Auctioneer with the company. He graduated from the Reppert School of Auctioneering in December 2015 and specializes in antiques and online auctions, which is one of KIKO's options to reach active buyers across the globe. Seth grew up and currently resides in Minerva, Ohio. He graduated from Minerva High School in 2006 and was a member of the 4-H Farmhands Club, the Stark County Fair and served as the Minerva FFA past president/VP.

Theresa Blocher is a third-generation member of the KIKO Company and has been full-time with the company since 1989. She is a real estate Broker and Auctioneer. Theresa is Chairwoman of the Ohio Auctioneers Commission, which oversees requirements and standards for courses of study in auctioneering and administers the oral auctioneers' licensing exam.
