Family Nurse Practitioner Jincy Jacob is a new addition to our practice, with a year of experience in the field. She received her medical education at the Prairieview A&M School of Nursing.

Dr. Dada is a board certified kidney specialist. He is also board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Dada has a unique background of specialized education and training that positions him to provide compassionate, caring and comprehensive care to his patients. Dr. Dada completed his residency training in internal medicine at University of Connecticut's Primary Care Medicine program. He continued working with the University of Connecticut's residency program for two more years as a Chief Medical Resident initially and then as an Academic Hospitalist. In these positions, Dr. Dada had the opportunity to train several physicians in the field of internal medicine. Dr. Dada continues to attend national continuing medical education engagements to keep up to date with the recent advances and standards of quality care in the field of kidney diseases. Certified Physician Assistant Sabrina Garrison has been providing top-notch medical care for nearly three decades! She earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch and her master's degree in physician assistant studies at the University of Nebraska.

Dr. Eapen has been setting the highest standards of excellence in nephrology since 2014. He earned his medical degree from the University of Debrecen Medical and Health Science Center before completing a specialized nephrology residency at the Nassau University Medical Center and a medical fellowship at the University of Connecticut Health Center. He is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. In his spare time, Dr. Eapen enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Dr. Vellanki is a practicing nephrologist with Nephrology Leaders and Associates, PLLC in Brazoria and Matagorda Counties. She began practice in 2012 after completing a nephrology fellowship at Virginia Common Wealth University in Richmond, Virginia. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Hartford, Connecticut. She has been active in clinical practice and has been involved in several research projects. Dr. Vellanki is a caring and compassionate doctor that specializes in the care of patients on dialysis, including in center and home, chronic kidney disease and high blood pressure. She enjoys getting to know patients and their families and educating them on their conditions and treatment.
