He was chair of the Merseyside Branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development from 2008-11, responsible for the continuous professional development programme for more than 4,000 HR professionals. He is also Chair of Liverpool City Council's Independent Remuneration Panel. Dave has managed a range of HR and training services and his training team was successful in achieving a National Training Award in 2007, for their Equality Action Training... Dave is a qualified English teacher, a graduate of the Institute of Personnel Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD...
