Anika Sapphire

Anika Sapphire is a RCIC-IRB with a good stand-in The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Ms. Sapphire has experience in a wide range of immigration issues including family sponsorship programs, study programs for international students, work permits, visitor visas and permanent residence application via different programs offered by the IRCC. Ms. Sapphire is experienced with refusal cases. Before co-founding Sapphire Immigration, Ms. Sapphire worked as a Faculty Member of the Mathematics Department of Centennial College, Toronto, Canada for several years. She has also worked at a financial portfolio management company for quite a few years. Ms. Sapphire is dedicated to ensuring that her clients receive the best immigration advice in a timely manner so that they can realistically plan their future in Canada. Additionally, her multilingual abilities (i.e., English, Hindi, Urdu, and Bengali) help her effectively communicate with a wide range of clients in their preferred languages.

Nadeem Bin Khouri

Nadeem Bin Khouri studied law at Tehran University in Iran. After completing his graduation, he practiced law for a few years in Iran before moving to Canada. He worked at a law firm in Toronto for 2 years where he has gained intense experience in handling Refugee and Appeal Cases, H&C, Family Sponsorship Applications, Permanent Residency Application, Visa and Work Permit Applications and Extensions. Since February 2024, Nadeem has joined Sapphire Immigration Inc. as a Case Manager. He is fluent in Farsi and Kurdish along with English thus making it extremely easy to serve clients from various ethnic backgrounds.

Shahnaz Perveen

Shahnaz Perveen is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) with a good stand-in The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). She is licensed to represent her clients to all the four divisions of Immigration Refugee Board (IRB) of Canada. She is one of the licensed immigration consultants for Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). Shahnaz Perveen is also appointed by the Attorney General of Ontario Province under the Commissioner of Taking Affidavits (Commissioner of Oath). She is one of the designated Mentors of CICC for the RCICs. Ms. Perveen worked more than 5 years as an instructor of the Immigration Consultants program of Herzing college in Toronto. In addition, she extended her support as a Mentor to more than 200 RCIC graduates.
