Shanghai Qinyuan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Qinyuan Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.), formerly known as Shanghai Qinyuan Electric Power Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise, established in April 1st, 1997 and registered in Shanghai Free Trade Zone. The company has separate offices and production base in Shanghai Jinqiao Processing Zone and a registered capital of ￥30 million. The company was set up mainly to provide thermal power stations with automation equipment and services such as chemical water treatment program control device and coal handling program control device. Later for the national power development, the Board of Directors in 2001 changed its name to Shanghai Qinyuan Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (now renamed as Shanghai Qinyuan Energy Technology Co., Ltd.), applied for the import and export licensing and transferred its service object into the nuclear systems in China, especially in the domestic nuclear power plant users...
