Chris qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor 1999 before joining Howard Worth in 2000. He became a partner in 2007 and left to set up his own practice in July 2020. He works closely with a diverse range of clients including sole traders, partnerships and non-audit limited companies . Due to his tax qualifications and experience he is able to consider the interaction of taxes alongside the accounts.
A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, he is experienced in all aspects of personal tax, trusts, inheritance tax planning and capital gains tax matters.

Heather Lally is a Senior Associate Solicitor, Trust and Estate Practitioner, Member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Agricultural Law Association specialising in Estate planning, Wills, Trusts, Estates, Court of Protection work and Powers of Attorney. Heather assists clients in planning for the future, inheritance tax planning and asset protection.
Heather deals with many high net worth, commercial and agricultural clients and high value Trusts and Estates.
Heather qualified as a Solicitor in 2005, as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) in 2009, became a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) in 2019 and a member of the Agricultural Law Association in 2021.
Heather read law at the University of Sheffield and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. Heather prides herself on her professionalism and is passionate about the service she provides and the quality of advice given and she builds long lasting relationships with clients and often acts for different generations of the same family.

Simon qualified as a Solicitor in September 2014 and spent 6 years in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team at a firm in Warrington, before joining Myerson in 2021. Simon works working on a wide range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts and LPAs. His main focus is on the administration of estates, especially those that are taxable or complex.
Simon has been on the STEP Cheshire Committee since 2015, and became a full STEP Member in 2018. He has been the Committee's Student Liaison Officer since October 2017, and can usually be found near the front of the branch seminars (when we are allowed have them in person) as the tech support guy.
