John Sponton

John is a highly experienced Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of assessment & development programs and has worked in many countries. His career has included roles in HR, Learning and Development, psychometric test publishing and Occupational Psychology consultancy. John has over 25 years of experience designing and utilizing various assessment tools and processes. He holds accreditation in the vast majority of leading psychometric measures including those of Saville Assessmen, CEB and Hogan Assessment Systems. He has personally run validation studies to measure the business impact of deploying psychometrics and contributed to the development of published instruments whilst working for a test publisher. John is the co-author of several books in the fields of recruitment and assessment; has co-written the Recruiter App and published a wide range of management simulation exercises. Alongside his assessment expertise, he has undertaken a large number of coaching assignments over the years, typically focusing on Senior Management-Executive levels and is an Alumni of Ashridge Business School where he completed the Coaching for Organization Consultants programme.

Karen Harrison

Karen has over 25 year's Talent expertise across a range of business sectors; both UK and globally. Over the last decade, she has held multiple C-Suite level positions including Vice President - Global Talent for a multi-billion dollar Japanese headquartered pharmaceutical organisation and Senior Vice President for a global talent solutions provider. Karen has consistently provided innovative talent solutions by welding technology and insight together to create value for organisations through their people. Karen has a wealth of experience within large multi-nationals, as well as SME's who are preparing for growth, flotation and/or talent disruption of some sort. More specifically, her expert knowledge of the health and life science sector, and the people challenges they face both on a national, pan-European and global basis has massively evolved throughout the past 15 years and she works with clients to prepare them for the fast-paced change brought about by new technology, new skills, automation and digitalisation. Karen is an Associate Lecturer at Kingston University where she lectures HR Masters and MBA students across the talent space. Her experience combines providing talent solutions through consultancy, in addition to working in-house as an integral member of the Leadership Team charged with delivering the corporate plan through their people strategy. Karen is a qualified Executive Coach and NLP Practitioner.

Paul Ballard

Paul has almost 30 years' experience in recruitment / assessment / talent management and has operated at Director-level for a range of organisations from start-ups through to major multi-nationals. Accredited across a range of psychometric measures including Hogan, Saville Assessment and CEB, Paul has designed and delivered assessment-led recruitment, development and transformation programmes both in the UK and internationally across both national and local government as well as the private sector. Recently, Paul has been heavily focused on test design projects related to aptitude assessment in the Digital Security sector. Previous assessment-led programmes Paul has delivered include business demergers and transformations, a pan-European IT due-diligence contract and project managing the establishment of a shared service for a FTSE 100 company. He has also managed and delivered assessment programmes ranging from entry-level apprentices and graduates right through to board-level selection and leadership development assignments. Paul is passionate in ensuring the fairness and objectivity of assessments to maximise the diversity and social mobility of talent pools and the opportunity to unearth hidden or latent candidate strengths and has previously written Home Office policy on the fair and objective assessment of candidates with special needs.

Pauline Garnett

Pauline has extensive experience in HR Management, having held Group Director roles in global organisations. She has worked in manufacturing, logistics, rail, oil & gas and the public sector. Pauline has been at the forefront of driving change and transformation including considerable experience in post-communist countries. Recent projects include global talent management, Business Excellence Programmes, incorporating lean into leadership, developing and delivering leadership programmes for senior and middle management, acquisitions and harmonisation of integrated business streams, delivering strategy through people and coaching senior teams and developing resilience. Pauline is committed to the development of leadership in business, a recipient of 3 National Training Awards for innovation in management training and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

Saleem Baradhy

Saleem is a business psychologist and awarded management consultant who has dedicated the past 12 years of his career to the practice of human capital consulting, with an emphasis on integrated assessment and development as well as strategic talent management. Saleem is one of the most widely-credentialed Arabic-speaking assessors and coaches in the MENA region, having assessed thousands of professionals and developed hundreds of leaders through high-impact engagements led across geographies, sectors, and seniorities. His experience encompasses the design and delivery of both large-scale interventions geared towards mass assessment, and executive-focused initiatives aimed at leadership development. Saleem is an expert in talent management, having shaped and deployed integrated solutions for sizeable organizations as part of high-visibility HR transformation and change management projects with strategic business impact.
