James Ross

James graduated with BEng/hons in Structural Engineering from Cardiff University in 2001. Upon completion of a Construction Management Graduate Training Scheme with Westbury Homes, he qualified as their youngest Site Manager. Following a further Site Management role at Charles Church, James founded Ross Construction Management in 2009. James has spent the last 5 years successfully completing high-quality construction projects throughout the South of England. It is this breadth of experience, knowledge and necessary technical qualifications that allows James to manage projects within agreed budgets, without compromising on the quality of materials or finish. James lives in the North Hampshire countryside with his wife and 3 young daughters.

Nigel Browner

In 1986 Nigel Browner started his career working as a building surveyor in the West End, specialising in party wall and rights to light agreements. He subsequently worked in construction as a contracts manager for James Longley & Co, London Division; until 1992 when he joined a National firm of estate agents. In 1994 Nigel joined Berkeley Homes PLC as a land buyer and built up an intimate knowledge of Surrey & South West London. In 1997 he was recruited by Octagon Developments for whom, following his acquisition of a prestigious riverside site, Nigel became a director of the joint venture subsidiary company until 2009. Nigel then moved from West London to Hampshire where he joined Fairfax Properties, acquiring sites and gaining a detailed knowledge of the country house market in Berkshire, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Nigel lives in Wiltshire with his family and dogs.
