AIRPORT MANAGEMENT EXPERT WITNESS

Welcome, I am the Managing Director of Airport Management Expert Witness. As an Accredited Airport Manager, I was active in airport management for more than 29 years with considerable knowledge in airport management, operations, maintenance, planning, development, facilities, project, and construction management. I was also in charge of strategic management, budgeting, and financial management. My Airport Management experience includes being the Director of Aviation at the El Paso International Airport, Texas; Manager of the Operations Division, at Washington National Airport, Washington, DC; Director of the Eastern Iowa Regional Airport, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and Manager of Smith-Reynolds Airport, Winston-Salem, NC. I joined the faculty of the Florida Institute of Technology in 2013 as an Associate Professor, and in August 2020, I was promoted to the rank of Professor.
