Mr. Lomax graduated from Duke University and was immediately hired as the first IS person in a quickly growing retail insurance firm. Mr. Lomax's team produced customized information systems for the retail agency, wholesale agency, insurance company (50 states), premium finance company, claims TPA, and actuarial support. Mr. Lomax joined the executive team and managed IS, sales, the association, and helped to sell the firm to a public company. After 19 years, Mr. Lomax left the insurance world and co-founded Oxygen Funding, Inc. Mr. Lomax' role included operations, underwriting, customer service, business development and ultimately as President and CEO. Mr. Lomax has worked with other finance companies by providing underwriting and co-factoring support. Many factoring companies refer their more difficult prospects to Mr. Lomax because of his abilities to figure out what is needed and how to properly structure a solution. Henceforth, the average tenure of our clientele is 2-3 years longer than industry averages.

Mark Varley provides managing consulting services such as investigation, analysis, and business development services including due diligence assessments, market research, and business plans. Mr. Varley holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in science from the University of British Columbia.
Mr. Cole was appointed President of Armada Mercantile Ltd. in 1991. Mr. Cole is a seasoned merchant banker, previous FINRA broker-dealer, venture capitalist and financier who has participated and raised capital on behalf of private and public companies worldwide. He has cultivated relationships over the past 30 years with European banks, merchant banks, private equity firms, institutional investors and broker-dealers.
