Mr. Holguin has 15 years in Construction Management, Property Management, Construction Development, and Real Estate Development (Commercial & Residential). Mr. Holguin has partnered with Mr. Iorio to create a power duo unmatched in the general contracting world.
Mr. Iorio has been involved in extensive construction work for more than 40 years. He has personally learned all of the trades we engage in, and therefore is in a unique position to supervise every stage of development. Mr. Iorio has amassed an impressive array of heavy equipment, which we use to efficiently and expeditiously complete our projects. He oversees all of our work, estimates and determines our bids, which are among the most competitive in the industry. Mr. Iorio has been involved in building large commercial, residential, and industrial complexes.
