Dr. Andrea Rodriguez-Cisneros

Dr. Rodriguez graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. During veterinary school, Dr. Rodriguez was an extern at Dalton Animal Care. After seeing how knowledgeable and caring the DAC doctors are staff and how welcoming the environment was, she knew it would be a great place to learn and grow as a veterinarian. Dr. Rodriguez loves helping animals, especially during their time of need, but also enjoys educating pet owners about their pet's health and well-being. Her special interests are dermatology and neurology. Outside of work, Dr. Rodriguez loves to read and play video games. A fun fact about her is that she also speaks Spanish! Her four-legged family members include a 9yo Corgi mix named Luna and a 5yo calico cat named Nonis.

Dr. Chris Stearns

Dr. Chris Stearns joined our DAC family in August 2004. He graduated from University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. He loves the challenge of medicine and

Dr. Dave Caldwell

Dr. Dave is from Waynesville, NC, where he grew up hiking and riding horses in the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. He attended University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Animal Science with a concentration in Animal Health and Well-Being and graduated from the UT college of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. Dr. Dave loves all aspects of caring for his doggie and kitty patients, but especially loves performing surgery and the lifetime of learning required in veterinary medicine. When he's not working, he's hiking, riding horses, doing trail maintenance in the national forest or just hanging out with his wife Molly and their menagerie of dogs, cats, and horses.

Dr. Elizabeth Hayes

Dr. Hayes was born and raised in Dalton, Georgia. She attended Northwest Whitfield High School, Berry College, and graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. She joined the veterinary team at DAC right away, but you may recognize her from her years working as a veterinary assistant at DAC. She is excited to further her career here with us. Dr. Hayes has a passion for all animals with special interests in preventative medicine and dermatology. Outside of work, Dr. Hayes can be found camping, hiking, and horseback riding in the North Georgia and East Tennessee mountains. She has a diverse pet family including cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, and poultry!

Dr. Jessica Bianco

Dr. Bianco grew up with a life long goal of becoming a veterinarian. She graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. During school, she developed special passions for physical rehabilitation, oncology and soft tissue surgery. She has worked at DAC as a vet assistant since 2008 and is honored to still be a part of the team as a veterinarian. As a vet, she enjoys the many opportunities to share God's love for both people and animals. She is certified as a Veterinary Canine Rehabilitation Therapist. Dr Bianco and her husband enjoy swimming, hiking, reading, and anything outdoors.

Dr. Marcus Moore

Dr. Marcus Moore is a 1988 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinarian Medicine. Before coming to Dalton, he worked as a mixed animal practitioner for seven years. Dr. Moore has an affinity for soft tissue surgery and internal medicine. Dr. Moore has twin sons. His outside interests are woodworking, black smithing and hunting.

Dr. Summer Faith

Dr. Faith was born and raised in Dalton, Georgia. She attended Southeast Whitfield High School, Dalton State College, and then graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. She joined DAC as a veterinarian immediately after graduation, but was already a member of the DAC family working as a veterinary assistant for years. During school, she developed special passions for alternative forms of medicine. She is a certified veterinary acupuncturist and plans on getting certified in chiropractics in the near future. In her free time, Dr. Faith loves going to the lake in the summer, riding horses, and hanging by the fire on cool fall nights. She loves God and her family more than anything.

Kim Rue

Kim joined our DAC family in October 2004. Prior to DAC, she attended Dalton State Community College and had experience in both customer service and medical fields. She loves seeing clients with their fur babies and how sweet their loving bond is. Kim and her husband, Maurice, share a dog named Ruby (chihuahua) together. Outside of work, she loves to travel, read, do crafts, and watch football and racing.
