Aravind Senthil Vinayagam is Co-Founder and CTO of DivIni Software, where he is responsible for technology leadership and innovation. Aravind has over 23 years of software product development experience both in US and India.
Prior to DivIni, Aravind was a Senior Technical Architect working for Optum, a United Health Group company, where he was responsible for technology roadmap, adoption, standardization and integration with external vendor enterprise systems. Prior to Optum, Aravind worked for Computer Sciences Corporation and Cognizant Technology Solutions all along in Health Care domain working for clients like United Health Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Aravind has Bachelor of Technology from Alagappa College of Technology, Guindy, India.
Raja Kannappan founded DivIni Software in 2014, with a mission to provide quality software solutions. Raja is a seasoned technology executive with over 23 years of software product development experience - 16 years in US and 7 years in India.
Prior to DivIni, Raja was Director, Digital and Mobile Products at Visa, where he was heading India Development team responsible for development of Visa Digital Commerce Application (White labeled web and mobile (Android/iOS) application), Visa Purchase Alerts, mVisa Mobile SDK and Platform Engineering. Prior to Visa, Raja was Sr. Director at Axioma, US, where he was responsible for product development of Equity Software Products.
Raja has Bachelor of Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, India and Masters in Computer Science from US.

As Director of HR Operations, Sandhya Doraiswamy is responsible for hiring, training, coaching and building high performance team at DivIni. Sandhya also oversees daily operations and ensures everything goes smooth at DivIni. Sandhya comes from technology background and has 10+ years of software development experience in US.
Prior to DivIni, Sandhya worked as a Lead Analyst at TSYS, US in the Loyalty & Prepaid team. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant for several big companies like Turner Broadcasting Systems, American Cancer Society and Cingular Wireless in US.
Sandhya has Bachelor of Engineering from Vellore Engineering College, Vellore, India and Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from US.
