Hi! I'm Loren. Creativity, design, and entrepreneurship are at the core of who I am. I love creating beautiful things that support others stepping into their power and using their gifts to make a living. I graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a degree in Journalism. I took a lot of graphic design classes in college - I've always enjoyed creating on my computer. I love words, communication, and any project that stretches me creatively. I believe we all have special gifts in this life and that it's our purpose work to figure out what those are and use them to help others... I became a certified yoga instructor in 2010 and have been teaching ever since. Being of service to others in creating vibrant wellness in mind, body, and spirit is important to me because when we feel better, we do better. My love for yoga led me to eventually open The Studio in 2020 and my love for helping people achieve their fullest potential led me to become a certified life coach through..
