Mr. Miles attended the University of Colorado and received his BS. He brings 44 years prior experience as a property adjuster with insurance companies and independent adjusting firms. In addition to his vast experience he has served as an appraiser and umpire in a number of claims disputes.
Mr. Williams received his BS from Central State University and his Jurist Doctorate from Cleveland State University. He formally worked as a governmental consultant handles both bodily injury and property damage claims.
Ms. Norman-Looney attended Michigan State University and received her BA from the College of Education. She is licensed to handle multi-line liability and property claims however, her primary function is supervision of the internal office administration.
Mr. Norman has over 46 years of claims and business experience. He holds a BS degree from Wayne State University and also attended 3 years of law school. He is a member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, Blue Goose International and the Society of Registered Professional Adjusters. Mr. Norman has been designated as a certified Insurance Appraiser and Certified Insurance Umpire. With this vast experience and professional memberships comes his capability to adjust every type of property and casualty claims.
Mr. McAuliffe attended Michigan State University and received a BS Degree. He has been a Senior Adjuster with Home Insurance and Traveler's Insurance Companies and Claims Manager with Bituminous Insurance. He handles all lines of Property and Casualty claims and is the Branch Manager of our Toledo, Ohio office.
Mr. Kocenda attendee Wayne State University and received a BS. He has over 40 years in multi-line claims adjusting experience as a claims manager, Royal Insurance Company and field representative for CIGNA (property and casualty).
