I'm a User Experience Researcher who doesn't hesitate to get down to paper and pencil and sketch concepts, ideas, and interactions... I consider myself an equal parts an analytical thinker and a technology enthusiast. I've always been interested in what makes people tick and how human behavior shapes design and solutions and vice-versa. As a Researcher, I learn about peoples' desires, needs and behaviors - and the context in which these behaviors occur - as a way to help businesses imagine, plan, and create engaging experiences. From the research, I derive patterns, themes, and opportunities, and then create narratives, models, and prototypes to bring clarity and focus to the design problem and solution.
