Orange is committed to providing high-quality services and programs created and design to respond to the immediate and developmental needs of people living in crisis and war-torn areas. Our work focuses on recognizing the local dynamic as an essential element of programming, and we strive to achieve a link between local nuances and international best practices... Orange now has more than 170 full-time staff in both Turkey and Syria. Orange is operating in Turkey (Gaziantep, Hatay, Kilis, Sanliurfa, Mersin, Osmaniyeh, Nizip, and Kahramanmarash)... Though Orange is not alone among NGOs in having a capacity development competency, we are distinctive in that we apply a capacity development lens to all that we do. As an organization, we have been at the forefront of capacity development and we continue to strive for the most effective way to help people move towards meaningful and productive lives now and in the future.
