In fact, it was that love for Texas BBQ that led me to create Paleo Powder. As I looked at seasoning blends I had traditionally used to flavor my BBQ, I realized all of them contained MSG, gluten or some unhealthy ingredient or additive. I realized I was going to have to make my own - and Paleo Powder Seasoning was born... In 2019, we added our line of seasoned coating mixes to offer customers more grain-free, diet-specific options for adding flavor and texture to meals... Beyond my BBQ, Paleo Powder products are an easy way for my family to make all the healthy meals we cook at home taste as great as they are for us, and I hope to bring that same convenience and flavor to our customers regardless of their dietary restrictions.
