Allison is a civil litigation and real estate associate.
Allison graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2021, where she was an associate editor of the Maryland Law Review, a Writing Fellow, and a member of the Moot Court Board and National Moot Court Team, for which she received the Barrister's Award for excellence in oral advocacy.
While attending law school, Allison interned for the Honorable now Chief Judge E. Greg Wells on the Appellate Court of Maryland and in the Civil Division of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, and worked as a summer associate in the Office of Legislative Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives.
Upon receiving her law degree, Allison served as a Senior Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge E. Greg Wells on the Appellate Court of Maryland.
Allison was born and raised in Calvert County where she now resides with her husband and son. Allison is a board member of the Calvert County Bar Association and the Calvert Library Foundation.

Amber is a transactional associate with experience in real estate, estate planning, and probate law.
Amber graduated from Frostburg State University with her Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2006 and obtained her law degree from George Mason University School of Law in 2010. Upon graduation from law school, she served as law clerk to the Honorable Warren J. Krug of the Circuit Court for Calvert County.
A Calvert County native, Amber is proud to be from Southern Maryland and enjoys assisting her fellow Southern Maryland residents through her legal work.
Amber resides in Huntingtown with her husband and three daughters. Amber enjoys running, reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time with family and friends during her free time. She is also a former board member of the Calvert County Hospice Board and a Commissioner of the Calvert County Women's Commission.
Bryan is an Of Counsel attorney of Dugan, McKissick, and Longmore and has over 25 years of experience as a litigator.
Bryan was born in Agana, Guam, and moved to St. Mary's County during his high school years when he attended Chopticon High School. He earned his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.

Dave is a firm partner whose practice focuses on real estate, business, construction, contract disputes, and administrative law. Dave also serves as the Calvert County Board of License Commissioners (Liquor Board) attorney.
Dave is a graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board.
A graduate of St. Mary's Ryken High School, Dave is actively involved in the community, serving on the St. Mary's County Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, Board of Directors for Patuxent Habitat for Humanity, and Board of Directors for Patuxent Birthright Prince Frederick. He is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Southern Maryland. He has formerly served as chairman of the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, a Calvert County Republican Central Committee member, and President of the Calvert County Bar Association.
Dave resides in Port Republic with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating, skiing, and reading during his free time.

Kelsey is a civil litigation associate whose practice focuses on contract disputes, personal injury, products liability, real estate disputes, and estates and probate.
Kelsey graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2021, where she was an associate editor of the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy, a clinic student with the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic, and a member of the law school's National Health Law Moot Court and Health Law Regulatory and Compliance teams.
While attending law school, Kelsey also interned for the Honorable Robert N. McDonald on the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the Honorable Richard D. Bennett on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and served as a law clerk with the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
Upon receiving her law degree, Kelsey served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Stamm, Administrative Judge on the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County. Kelsey was born and raised in Southern Maryland and looks forward to serving the legal needs of her community.

Olivia is an associate of the firm whose practice areas focus on family law, criminal law, and civil litigation.
She graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she was a student attorney in the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic for two years and received a Public Service Award for her efforts.
During her summers, Olivia gained legal experience as a law clerk at DML. Olivia was excited to return to Dugan, McKissick & Longmore as an associate upon graduation from law school.
Rebekka is a firm partner whose practice areas focus on family law, criminal law, and civil litigation.
She graduated from Widener University School of Law and earned her bachelor's degree from Messiah College, where she majored in piano performance.
Upon graduation from law school, Rebekka returned to her hometown of St. Mary's County, Maryland, and joined the law firm of Dugan, McKissick & Longmore, LLC, where she has been practicing law ever since.
Rebekka resides in Calvert County, Maryland, with her husband, child, and yellow lab. Rebekka enjoys boating on the Patuxent River, playing the piano, reading, and doing yoga/running. She is happy to call Southern Maryland her home.

Rick is a litigation associate whose practice areas focus on Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense.
Rick received a Bachelor of Arts in History with a concentration in Secondary Education from The State University of New York, College at Geneseo. He then completed his Master's degree in Education from The State University of New York at Albany. After teaching social studies for a few years, Rick returned to school and was awarded his Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law in 2004.
After admission to the New York State Bar, Rick began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Rochester, New York. He went on to start his own practice as a sole practitioner until 2020. Rick still maintains his New York State Bar membership.
Rick has two sons, one of which remained in Southern Maryland after finishing his second tour of duty in the US Navy. His other son is still on active duty, also with the US Navy.
Rick now has three grandchildren which prompted him to relocate to Southern Maryland. He began his Maryland legal career with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender where he was a senior trial attorney.
During his free time, Rick can be found with his grandchildren and his German Shepard, Piper. He is proud to call St. Mary's County home and honored to be part of Dugan, McKissick and Longmore, LLC serving the needs of such a wonderful community.
Sam contributes to the community by participating in several professional organizations and local groups. He is a graduate of Leadership Southern Maryland, has served as a President of the St. Mary's County Bar Association, is a member of the Board of Directors of the St. Mary's County Chamber of Commerce, actively serves in his church, and is the Scoutmaster of Scouts BSA Troop 560.
