Allison is a civil litigation and real estate associate. Allison graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2021, where she was an associate editor of the Maryland Law Review, a Writing Fellow, and a member of the Moot Court Board and National Moot Court Team, for which she received the Barrister's Award for excellence in oral advocacy. While attending law school, Allison interned for the Honorable now Chief Judge E. Greg Wells on the Appellate Court of Maryland and in the Civil Division of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, and worked as a summer associate in the Office of Legislative Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives. Upon receiving her law degree, Allison served as a Senior Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge E. Greg Wells on the Appellate Court of Maryland. Allison was born and raised in Calvert County where she now resides with her husband and son. Allison is a board member of the Calvert County Bar Association and the Calvert Library Foundation.

Upon graduation from law school, Rebekka returned to her hometown of St. Mary's County, Maryland, and joined the law firm of Dugan, McKissick & Longmore, LLC, where she has been practicing law ever since. Rick is a litigation associate whose practice areas focus on Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense. Rick received a Bachelor of Arts in History with a concentration in Secondary Education from The State University of New York, College at Geneseo. He then completed his Master's degree in Education from The State University of New York at Albany. After teaching social studies for a few years, Rick returned to school and was awarded his Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law in 2004. After admission to the New York State Bar, Rick began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Rochester, New York. He went on to start his own practice as a sole practitioner until 2020. Rick still maintains his New York State Bar membership. Rick has two sons, one of which remained in Southern Maryland after finishing his second tour of duty in the US Navy. His other son is still on active duty, also with the US Navy. Rick now has three grandchildren which prompted him to relocate to Southern Maryland. He began his Maryland legal career with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender where he was a senior trial attorney. During his free time, Rick can be found with his grandchildren and his German Shepard, Piper.
