Professional Surgical Services, PLLC was founded in 2006 with the purpose for the development of surgical assistant services to hospitals under the hospital-based physician group model. Our surgical assistant program is designed to help those hospitals that employ House Physicians to assist in surgery. By replacing them, the hospitals eliminate expenses associated with payroll and other benefits. Our team of surgical assistants consists of highly qualified professionals that include: Physicians Assistants (PA); Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP); Registered Nurse First Assistants (RNFA); Certified Surgical Assistants (CSA). Five of our surgical assistants as well as all of our new applicants are foreign medical graduates specialized in General Surgery, Cardiothoracic, Robotic Surgery, Orthopedics and Ob-Gyn... Here at PSS, PLLC we are looking forward to partnering with hospitals to accelerate and adopt its quality improvement strategies (online exams given by hospitals).....
