Red Fox Exterminating was started up with one focus, to bring quality back to Vancouver's Pest Control industry. We are a family owned and operated company. Prior to opening Red Fox, we were dedicated to our industry and worked at the highest levels, for some of the biggest pest control companies in the world. The common theme we noticed in the companies we worked for and through the acquisitions they purchased was the reward structure. Bonuses for Presidents down to Technicians was always revenue focused. The more you produced, the more compensation you received. In some cases, those who did not meet the company's financial targets were penalized. Although quality was talked about, it was never part of the reward structure. We have seen the need to change this for some time, so that is what we did...
